اكياس الحليب في الجزائر

السلام عليكم وخواني

ظاهرة غريبة لم اجد لها تفسير

الكل سمع عن دفتر الشروط الجديد الذي ألزم به الديوان المهني للحليب، ألزم به الملابن المنتجة للحليب في اكياس مقابل حصولهم على حليب الغبرة المدعم من طرف الدولة
دفتر الشروط الجديد يلزم المنتجين بدمج الحليب الطازح (حليب البقر) بحليب الغبرة .. ومعاقبة كل من يستعمل حليب الغبرة لوحده

في حين لازنا إلى يومنا هذا وبعد صدور دفتر الشروط الجديد من أكثر من 5 اشهر .. لازنا نجده يكتب على حليب الاكياس أن المكونات هي: حليب غبرة + ماء

؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ هل ألغي الدفتر أما ماذا ؟؟

يهفوا فينا .
حتى لو كتبوا حليب بقر+غبرة الحليب+ماء
ما الذي يضمن لي صحة المكتوب على الكيس...............
يكتبون كيس 50كغ فتجد 48كغ
يكتبون لحم خروف على المحل وهو لحم حمار اكرمكم الله
وووووووووو في الجزائر لا يوجد شيء اسمه قانون

في بعض الاحيان نجد في الاكياس ماء زائد ملون ابيض لا هو حليب بقر و لا هو حليب غبرة

نحن في بلد القوي ياكل الضعيف

أتعجب عندما يسمي البعض ماتحمله هذه الأكياس العفنة حليب إنه ماء بلون أبيض لا غير.

المشكل ان الملابن لم تغشنا .. فهي تكتب على الكيس انه غبرة حليب + ماء .. لم يوضحوا نسبة الحليب في الماء .. ولم يذكروا انه يوجد حليب البقر

يعني اما ان دفر الشروط الغي .. واما انه هو ومصلحة مراقبة الجودة عاجزون عن المراقبة
