الخطوة الاولى : كن واعيا للفكرة

هذه هي الخطوة الاولى , يجب ان تتعرف على الفكرة وانها فكرة سلبية والعلامة الاكيدة التي تعرف من خلالها الفكرة السلبية هي انها تخفض مستوى طاقتك وحيويتك وانها تجلعك تشعر بأنك تعيس ومتجهم ومكتئب لذا تجعلك لا ترى الجمال في اي شيء ..

الخطوة الثانية : اجعل عليها علامة فارقة

قل لنفسك . انا الآن لدي فكرة سلبية , اخبر نفسك بأن ثمة فكرة سلبية تدور في خاطرك ,, عندما تصل هذه المرحلة ستلاحظ بأن التسرب في طاقتك وحيويتك يتوقف وتجهمك وكآبتك الداخلية بدأت تقل وتتضاءل .. يجب ان تقدم لنفسك التهنئة لأنك وصلت هذه المرحلة وانتقل للمرحلة القادمة .


الخطوة الثالثة : بالغ فيها قدر الامكان

استكشف الفكرة السلبية وألعب بها ... مط الفكرة وأعبث بها اجعلها سخيفة قدر الامكان .. اذا كانت لديك فكرة من قبيل " لن استطيع الذهاب للبنك واخباره بأنني بحاجة الى تقليص قسطي الشهري .. سيظنون بأنني أحمق " تخيل بأنك دخلت البنك واخبرتهم بذلك , تخيلهم يضحكون على كلامك حتى يسقطوا على الأرض من الضحك ويشيرون عليك حتى ان بعض الموظفين خرجوا من البنك لإخبار الناس في الشارع بأنك أحمق وأخرق , بعضهم اتصل بأصدقائه ليخبرهم بالأحمق الذي لديهم في البنك يطلب تخفيض القسط ويجتمع عليك الكل وتأتي الصحافة والتلفزيون لعمل حوارت حول طلبك ويقطع رئيس الدولة رحلته بسبب طلبك .. بعملك هذا من تمطيط فكرتك السيئة ومبالغتك فيها ستدرك مدى سخفها , وستفقد بريقها وطاقتها القوية عليك وسيفقد صمغها الذي يجعلها تلتصق بعقلك قوته


تهانينا ... فقد وصلت بعملك هذا الى نقطه هامة جدا ..بدأت المعجزة ,, لقد بدأت في تحرير عقلك !


الخطوة الرابعة : كن شاكرا..

لعلك لاحظت بأن كل الأشياء التي تصورتها وبالغت في تصورها لم تحدث .. وأن ما يحدث واقعا هو أقل بكثير من كل ما تصوره لنا الفكرة السلبية , وهذا بحد ذاته بحاجة الى تستشعره وأن تكون شاكرا ان مايحدث هو أقل بكثير مما تصوره لنا عقولنا الخائفة ... عندما تبدأ بالتفكير بعقلية الشاكر المقدر للنعمة يدخل شعاع الى حياتك يضيء روحك الداخلية وتبدأ امور جميلة تحدث في حياتك لم تكن تحدث من قبل تلك الجدران التي لم يكون موجودا سواها وكنت تضرب بها رأسك , سوف لن تكون موجودة وستبدأ في رؤية ابواب ونوافذ بدلا عنها وكل كوارث الكون ستكون مجرد فرص لبدايات جديدة لم تكن تتخيلها من قبل ...
الآن استرخي وابدأ في الشعور بمحيطك الجديد وكيف ستأتي لك الأشياء الجميلة لتحل محل تلك الأفكار السوداء المحبطة . لن تحتاج الى مزيد من الجهد لتزرع الأفكار الايجابية اذ انه بواسطة ازالة الأفكار السلبية ستسمح تلقائيا بالأشياء الايجابية للدخول في حياتك .. ستلاحظ بأن ذاتك اصبحت شيئا صغيرا في صورة كبيرة وسترى الأشياء بوضوح أكبر وجمال أكثر
عندما تبدأ في العمل على هذه الخطوات الأربع بجد متواصل لبعض الوقت ستبدأ في ملاحظة ان حياتك بدأت تأخذ مسارا أفضل ومستوى طاقتك يتحسن وتنبثق غايات وأهداف جديدة في حياتك بدلا عن ذلك الاحباط واليأس الذي كنت تشعر به وسيبدأ الناس في محبة شخصك الجديد وتبدأ ثقتك في ذاتك في الازدياد مرة اخرى ..

العديد من موظفي مطعمه تركوا وظائفهم و انتقلوا معه عندما انتقل إلى مطعم آخر

و ذلك لكي يبقوا معه .. لماذا ؟؟؟

لأن وائل كان يغمر كل من حوله بجو من التشجيع و الحماسة
فإذا مر أي موظف بيوم سيء فإن وائل سوف يكون هناك لمساعدته و يعلمه
كيف ينظر إلى الموضوع بشكل إيجابي

وإذا لخصت المواقف التي تمر معك فإنك سوف تجد إنها في النهاية تكون عبارة عن خيارات

فأنت تختار كيف تكون ردة فعلك في موقف معين، وكذلك تختار كيف سوف يكون تأثيرك على الآخرين,

وتختار أيضاً أن تكون بمزاج سيء أو جيد .....

وبالنهاية

فإنه خيارك كيف تحيا حياتك '
