علاج الغضب

{ وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ }
(آل عمران : من الآية 134)

أولاً / الوقاية خير من العلاج بمحاولة البُعد عن دواعي الغضب وتجنب أسبابه من الأقوال والأفعال فأنت كما تعرف ما تحب تعرف ما تكره كذلك مايكرهه الناس منك فكظم الغيظ من شيم الرجال

عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " ليس الشديدُ بالصُّرَعَة ، إنَّما الشديدُ الذي يملكُ نفسهُ عند الغَضَب " (البخاري ، ص 1066 ، الحديث رقم 6114) .

ثانياً / الإستعاذة بالله العظيم من الشيطان الرجيم

عن سليمان بن صُرَد أنه قال : استب رجلان عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فجعل أحدهما تحمَّر عيناه ، وتنتفخ أوداجه . فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " إني لأعرف كلمةً لو قالها هذا لذهب عنه الذي يجد ، أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم " (أبو داود ، ج 4 ، الحديث رقم 4781 ، ص 249) .

ثالثاً / التزام الصمت مما يمنع التكلم بما يورث العداوة ويضيع الحقوق كالسب أو السخريةً أو نحو ذلك

روي عن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " إذا غضب أحدكم فليسكت " قالها ثلاثاً . (أحمد ، ج 1 ، الحديث رقم 2136)
رابعاً/ تغيير الحالة التي يكون عليها الغاضب إلى حالةٍ أُخرى

عن أبي ذرٍ رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " إذا غضب أحدكم وهو قائمٌ فليجلس ، فإن ذهب عنه الغضب وإلا فليضطجع "(أبو داود ، ج4 ، الحديث رقم 4782 ، ص 249)
وهذا لأن الإنسان يكون أقرب لإرتكاب حماقة حينما يكون واقفا متحفزا

خامساً / الانشغال بذكر الله تعالى لما في ذلك من حصول الطمأنينة والسكينة مصداقاً لقوله تعالى : { أَلا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ } (الرعد : من الآية 28 )
وهذا دورك أنت إذا وجدت أخوتك فى عراك فذكرهم بالله

سادسا / المسارعة إلى الوضوء
عن عطية بن عروة السعدي أنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " إن الغضب من الشيطان ، وإن الشيطان خُلق من النار ، وإنما تُطفأ النار بالماء ، فإذا غضب أحدكم فليتوضأ " (أبو داود ، ج 4 ، الحديث رقم 4784 ، ص 249)

وأخيرا
عن معاذ بن أنس أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " من كظم غيظاً وهو يقدر على أن يُنفذه ، دعاه الله على رؤوس الخلائق يوم القيامة حتى يُخَيَّره في أي الحور شاء " (الترمذي ، ج 4 ، الحديث رقم 2493 ، ص 656)

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله تعالى و بركاته

للأسف الكثير منا يطلق لنفسه العنان أن تتحكم فيها القوى الغضبية بحيث تخرجها عن حد الاعتدال، فما تشعر إلا وقد ارتكبت أكبر الحماقات على أقرب الناس لها، سواء كان في نطاق الأسرة، أو نطاق المجتمع وبعدها لا ينفع الندم ولا يمكن تعويض تلك الخسارة. من هنا يجب أن ينطلق الإنسان من صفة كظم الغيظ في كل مراحل حياته ويحكِّم العقل وسيرى فضل الله. ولا يكفي أن يكظم الإنسان غضبه بل لابد أن يعفو عمن أخطأ في حقهم، ويسعى في إصلاحه، عندها يكون قد سيطر على نفسه وصيرها وفقاً لحكم العقل،
جعلنا الله وإياكم من السائرين على هذه النهج المحمدي الأصيل.

جميل بل رائع ما نقلته وخاصة في زمننا هذا وفي عصرنا المادي أين أصبح الغضب يحتل الريادة , وأصبحنا نغضب لأتفه الأسباب , ولا نستطيع التحكم في أعصابنا ... نسأل الله أن يهدنا ..... أنا لما أغضب أغير المكان أو أذهب للتوضئ ........ بارك الله فيك , جزاك الله خيرا وجعلها في موازين حسناتك .......
