تقليص حجم البرنامج لتلاميذ الابتدائي

كشف وزير التربية الوطنية، أبو بكر بن بوزيد، عن تقليص حجم البرنامج الموجه لتلاميذ الطور الابتدائي، ابتداء من الدخول المدرسي القادم، وهذا في إطار الإصلاحات التي بوشرت في المجال البيداغوجي وأوكلت إلى لجنة متكونة من خبراء والتي ستعرض عملها قبل نهاية شهر جوان الداخل، بالإضافة إلى تخفيف عبء المحافظ عن التلاميذ من خلال توفير درج لكل تلميذ.

وكانت وزارة التربية الوطنية قد أرسلت تعليمة إلى مدرائها الولائيين ومفتشيها عبر مختلف ولايات الوطن، منتصف الشهر الماضي، تتضمن تغيير الجدول الزمني للدراسة التي ستنطلق ابتداء من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى غاية الثانية والنصف زوالا، في الأطوار التعليمية الثلاثة بمعنى اعتماد نظام دوام واحد عبر المؤسسات التربوية.
واقترحت وزارة التربية الوطنية في إطار مشروع الوتائر المدرسية تقليص الحجم الساعي للدراسة باعتماد توقيت زمني جديد للتلاميذ في كافة الأطوار التعليمية، وتقليص حجم البرامج الموجهة لتلاميذ الطور الابتدائي.
وشددت الوزارة من خلال التعليمة على ضرورة دراسة مقترح التدريس من الثامنة إلى الثانية والنصف بصفة معمقة من طرف المدراء والمفتشين، إضافة إلى التشاور مع أولياء التلاميذ والأساتذة في مختلف ولايات الوطن، والنظر في إمكانية تماشي هذا المقترح مع طبيعة كل منطقة، وشددت التعليمة على أن آخر أجل لتقديم التقارير الخاصة بالولايات لا تتعدى شهر جوان على أكثر تقدير، وهذا من أجل تطبيق القرار الأخير بداية من الموسم الدراسي المقبل 2011ـ .2012 كما أوضح الوزير، خلال الزيارة التي قادته إلى ولاية عين تيموشنت، أن كافة الأطراف المشكلة لقطاع التربية الوطنية منها النقابة ''قد أبدت رضاها حيال هذه العملية''، فيما طالبت العديد من النقابات سابقا تخفيض البرامج وتقليص الحجم الساعي وحل مشكل الاكتظاظ في الأقسام، بالإضافة إلى إعادة النظر في آلية الامتحانات الاستدراكية.
من جهة أخرى، أشار الوزير بن بوزيد إلى أن مصالحه عمدت إلى اتخاذ إجراءات لصالح التلاميذ تهدف إلى تخفيف عبء المحافظ بتوفير درج لكل تلميذ على مستوى الأقسام عبر كامل التراب الوطني.
وستنظم هذه العملية بدعم من الولايات التي تعمل على توفير هذا الدرج لفائدة التلاميذ ابتداء من الموسم الدراسي القادم، بالإضافة إلى سعي مصالح وزارته إلى تعزيز المؤسسات التربوية بوسائل الإعلام الآلي.
وذكر بن بوزيد أن كافة المؤسسات ستتحصل على تجهيزات متكونة من مخابر، وأن لجنة وطنية تتكفل بهذه المهمة التي خصصت لها مبالغ مالية.
وفيما يتعلق بالمؤسسات التربوية في الجنوب، كشف الوزير أن التأطير التربوي خاصة في الطور الثانوي وولايات الجنوب يسجل نقصا في أساتذة مواد اللغة الفرنسية والرياضيات والفلسفة، متعهدا ببذل الوزارة مجهودات لسد هذا الفراغ خلال الموسم الدراسي القادم.
