البرلمانيون يتدربون على استعمال "فيس بوك" و"تويتر"
نظم "المجلس الشعبي الوطني" الجزائري (أحدى غرفتي البرلمان) الاثنين الماضي حلقة تدريبية حول موقعي التواصل الاجتماعي "فيس بوك" و"تويتر" ومدى تأثيرهما على المجتمع الجزائري، والشباب بصفة خاصة.

نظم "المجلس الشعبي الوطني" الجزائري (أحدى غرفتي البرلمان) يوم الاثنين الماضي بمقره في العاصمة حلقة تدريبية حول موقعي التواصل الاجتماعي "فيس بوك" و"تويتر" ومدى تأثيرهما على المجتمع الجزائري، والشباب بصفة خاصة. وشكل هذا اللقاء، الذي يعد الأول من نوعه في تاريخ المجلس فرصة سانحة لغالبية البرلمانيين للتعرف على التكنولوجيات الحديثة وكيفية التعامل معها في إطار عملهم اليومي.

وفي هذا الشأن، قال الهاشمي جيار وزير الشباب والرياضة: "بإمكان المواقع الاجتماعية سد الفراغ الذي تعاني منه الجزائر في مجال الاتصال والإعلام"، مذكرا أن "تويتر" و"فيس بوك" لعبا دورا محوريا في فرض التغييرات في الثورات والأحداث التي يشهدها العالم العربي منذ عدة أشهر. لكنه بالمقابل شدد على ضرورة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لأهداف تخدم المصلحة الوطنية مثل إرساء قيم "المواطنة" و"التحضر" والحفاظ على "الهوية الوطنية" وليس من أجل ضرب وحدة الشعب.

من جهته، استغرب رمضان تعزيبت وهو نائب في كتلة "حزب العمال" تنظيم مثل هذه الحلقة وقال إنه لم يسمع بها إطلاقا بالرغم من أنه كان متواجدا في مقر البرلمان طيلة ساعات يوم الاثنين. وأضاف أن قصص "التويتر" و"فيس بوك" والتكنولوجيات الحديثة كلها أمور جديدة وغريبة بالنسبة للبرلمانين الجزائرين، والبعض، منهم لاسيما المسنين، لم يسمعوا بها أصلا.

طبقة سياسية تجاوزها الزمن
وقد نقل الصحفي في يومية "وقت الجزائر" نجيم حكتيتان عن عبد الكريم حرشاوي، وهو وزير مالية سابق، أن "فيس بوك" و"تويتر" تستخدمهما الاستخبارات الأمريكية "من أجل التجسس على الناس ومعرفة حياتهم الشخصية". لكن النائب محمد جمعي المقرب من حزب "جبهة التحرير الوطني" نفى أن يكون حرشاوي قال مثل هذا الكلام، موضحا أن التأخر الذي تعرفه الجزائر في ميدان التكنولوجيات الحديثة ناتج عن سنوات الإرهاب التي عاشتها البلاد في تسعينيات القرن الماضي وليس عن إرادة حكومية في قمع الحريات. وأضاف أن هدف الندوة هو أبراز فاعلية هذه المواقع الاجتماعية لدفع الدولة إلى الاهتمام بها أكثر.

واعترف الصحفي نجيم حكتيتان بأن الطبقة السياسية الجزائرية تجاوزها الزمن ولم تعد تواكب التطورات. وللتأكيد على ذلك، روى الصحفي قصة نائب في البرلمان لم يكشف عن هويتها قالت خلال الندوة إنها تفضل تراكم مئات الأوراق فوق مكتبها على القيام بتسجيل المعلومات داخل هاتفها النقال. نائب أخر ينتمي إلى حزب "التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي" الذي يتزعمه رئيس الحكومة أحمد أويحي دعا زملائه إلى التفكير في مشروع جزائري محض يحل محل "فيس بوك" و"تويتر"، مما أثار ضحك المشاركين حسب الصحفي.

أكثر من مليوني مستخدم لموقع "فيس بوك"
وكتبت جريدة "الوطن" الفرنكوفونية نقلا عن إحصائيات قامت بها "فيس بوك" أن عدد مستخدمي الموقع الاجتماعي في الجزائر وصل إلى أكثر من مليوني مستخدم، أي نحو 6 بالمائة من مجموع عدد سكان البلاد البالغ حوالي 35 مليون نسمة. كما تم تصنيف الجزائر في المرتبة 52 عالميا والسادسة على المستوى العربي بعد مصر (7.2 مليون مستخدم) والسعودية (3.8 مليون) والمغرب (3.4 مليون) ثم تونس (2.2 مليون) والإمارات (2,2 مليون متعامل).

كما تظهر نفس الدراسة أن 90 بالمائة من المستخدمين الجزائريين لا تتجاوز أعمارهم 44 سنة، و68 بالمائة من المستخدمين رجال و32 بالمائة نساء. مما جعل الصحفي نجيم حكتيتان يقول أن أكبر حزب في الجزائر هو حزب "فيس بوك".
