300 قضية خيانة زوجية في الجزائر.. والمتهم مسلسل "العشق الممنوع"

سجلت المحاكم القضائية في الجزائر 300 شكوى تتضمن تهما بالخيانة الزوجية منذ بداية عام 2011، والتي وجهت التهم في غالبيتها للزوجات، في حين أرجع بعض المختصين في علم الاجتماع، سبب هذه الظاهرة للمسلسل التركي "العشق الممنوع".
ونقلت صحيفة "الشروق" الجزائرية عن مختصين في علم الاجتماع، قولهم إن "ظاهرة خيانة الزوجات لأزواجهم الدخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري بسبب المسلسل التركي المدبلج "العشق الممنوع"، لافتين إلى أن "هذا المسلسل كان له تأثير سلبي على الزوجات صغيرات السن اللواتي لم يخرجن بعد من سن المراهقة".

وأضافوا أن "المسلسل أثر بشكل سلبي أيضا على تفكير الأزواج الرجال الذين تتبعوا المسلسل بشغف حيث تولد لديهم نوع من الشك خاصة في ظل وجود الهواتف النقالة والانترنت".

وأكد المختصون أن "الخيانة الزوجية كانت أكثر لدى زوجات المسؤولين السامين ورجال الأعمال المشغولين عن زوجاتهم، بالسفريات وهو ما يدفع الطرفين للخيانة من جهة الزوجة التي تشعر بالفراغ العاطفي ومن جهة الزوج الذي يفرغ رغباته الجنسية في علاقات غير شرعية".

وأكد أحد المحامين للصحيفة أنه "يتولى قضية خيانة زوجية رفعها جزائري ضد زوجته، بعدما تملكه الشك بسبب المسلسل ما دفعه لتفحص هاتف زوجته ليكتشف الخيانة".

يذكر أن الخيانات الزوجية في الجزائر ارتفعت في السنوات الأخيرة خاصة بعد رواج أجهزة الاتصال الحديثة كالهواتف النقالة والانترنت، حيث قدر مختصون في قضايا الفرع الاجتماعي في المحاكم الجزائرية حوالي 750 قضية خيانة زوجية طرحت خلال سنة 2010، 80 % منها انتهت بالطلاق، و20% الضحية فيها هو الرجل.

نعم ليس بالضرورة أن الخيانة تكون مرتبطة بمشاهدة مسلسل ساقط أخلاقيا يدعو إلى الخيانة

و لكننا في نفس الوقت نستنكر جدا هذا النوع من المسلسلات في قنواتنا، و أعتقد أن المعنيين بالإتيان بها لا يريدون لنا الخير
