لاصحاب الاختصاص...

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته
ارجو من اصحاب الاختصاص اجابتي على هاذين السؤالين..

1- هناك شخص سحبت منه رخصة السياقة منذ شهر اكتوبر بجنحة الجروح الخطا
وصدر حكم جزائي ب سحب رخصة السياقة مدة 6 اشهر وغرامة مالية مقدرة ب 3000.000 اي ثلاثة ملايين الا ان المتهم استانف من اجل استرجاع رخصة السياقة فهل تحسب 6 اشهر منذ السحب الاولي للرخصة من طرف الدرك ام من تاريخ صدور الحكم الابتدائي....؟؟؟؟
2- شخص يعمل في القطاع الصحي اصيب منذ ثلاث سنوات بحادث داخل المستشفى اثناء اداء عمله فاصيبت عينه فلم يتلقى لحد الان تعويض مالي الا انا الضرر قد تفاقم وقد اصبح لا يرى تماما من العين اليمنى..
فهل يمكن له طلب التعويض وفي اي قسم يرفع دعواه ..؟؟؟

انا القضية الثانية فلماذا ترفع امام الغرفة الادارية ...لان الضحية كان في عمله لكن اصيب بيده هو نتيجة خطا ....فلماذا ليس امام القسم المدني للمطالبة بالتعويض..؟؟؟؟
