محمد الهوني: القذافي وسيف الإسلام لا يملكان أموالاً

دبي - العربية.نت قال الدكتور محمد عبد المطلب الهوني، المستشار الثقافي الخاص لسيف الإسلام القذافي، إنه لا يعتقد أن القذافي أو سيف الإسلام يملكان أموالاً، مبيناً أن تخاصمه معهما لا يمنعه من قول الحقيقة، جاء ذلك في حلقة جديدة من برنامج "إضاءات" بثت الخميس 12-5-2011.

وأكد الهوني أن القذافي وابنه سيف الإسلام لا يملكان شيئاً من الأموال الخاصة، إنما يتصرفان بأموال الدولة وبحرص بالغ، بحسبه، وأوضح أن سيف الإسلام القذافي كان يصرف على نفسه وأسفاره من مزرعة أسماك ملكها مع بعض أصدقائه.

وأضاف الهوني أن الثورة الليبية لم تتأخر وإنما جاءت في وقتها الطبيعي، وأعاد ذلك إلى أن ليبيا دولة ريعية يستطيع فيها القائد أن يغني من يشاء ويفقر من يشاء، بينما كانت الثورة متوقعة في مصر أو سوريا لأن الشعب يدفع الضرائب إلى الحاكم فيتوقع في المقابل مردودا.

وقال إن الشعب الليبي يعتمد على توزيع الثروات ولا يدفع الضرائب وهذا ما جعله لا يفكر في الثورة طوال السنين الطويلة الماضية، مبينا أن الشعب عاش حالة من التجهيل والتفقير أوصلته إلى الثورة.

وقال الهوني إن سيف الإسلام القذافي كان باحثا عن الإصلاح، وأن مشكلات سياسة بدأت قبل القذافي في عهد الملكية، حيث رفضت الأحزاب في ذلك الحين، وهو ما سار عليه القذافي بعد ذلك، لتستمر ليبيا في مسخ لا علاقة له بالدولة والسياسة.

وأبان أنه اقترح على سيف الإسلام أن يقدم خطة يكون فيها جزءا من الحل، لا جزءا من المشكلة، وأن ينفصل عن والده، لكنه في اليوم التالي تغير تماما، وفاجأه بخطاب مختلف تماما بكل محتوياته.

وأكد الهوني أن القذافي لا يحب المال ويكرهه، وأنه هو من يحارب القطط السمان، مبينا أن المشكلة في الفساد بالدرجة الأولى، فهناك أشخاص معينون يثرون على حساب الشعب، أي أن الفساد يفقر الشعب ويغني زمرة من الناس.

وأكد الهوني أن القذافي لا يحب المال ويكرهه، وأنه هو من يحارب القطط السمان، مبينا أن المشكلة في الفساد بالدرجة الأولى، فهناك أشخاص معينون يثرون على حساب الشعب، أي أن الفساد يفقر الشعب ويغني زمرة من الناس.

ما يهم في هذا الخبر او الشهادة من مكان محايد في منبر قناة العربية ليس ان كان القذافي ام ابنائه يملكون امولا ، اي واحد يعلم ان الملوك و الرؤساء العرب و غيرهم لا يملكون اموالا فليشر لنا اليهم ...مثلا هناك امراء على شاكلة طلال بن عبد العزيز يعدون ضمن اكبر اثرياء العالم ، من اين لهم هذا ؟

ما يهم ان الاموال المحجوز عليها في البنوك الاوروبية و الامريكية رسميا هي تابعة للشعب الليبي كالبنك المركزي الذي اكدت امريكا انها حجزت على امواله على اراضيها و الاكيد انها ستتبرع بدولارات للمجلس الانتقالي و تضخ الباقي في ميزانيتها المتعثرة و الاموال المحجوزة ليست بالهينة بل بملايير الدولارات ...
فبأي حق يقومون بذلك...
