الناصرة ـ 'القدس العربي' كشف الصحافي الإسرائيلي المناصر للقضايا الفلسطينية، غدعون ليفي، أمس الخميس النقاب عن أنّ العمال الفلسطينيين الذين يضطرون للتسلل إلى إسرائيل للعمل فيها يواجهون خطرا لئيما يتمثل في تعرّضهم لهجمات كلاب مدرّبة يستخدمها الجنود الذين يقومون بدوريات في محيط جدار الفصل العنصري، وبشكل خاص في جنوب جبال الخليل، حيث لم يُبن في هذه المنطقة جدار منيع كما في باقي المناطق، مما يغري العمال المتلهفين للعمل والعيش الكريم بالعبور السهل المتيسر إلى الأراضي الإسرائيلية، ليلاً، لكنهم في كثير من الأحيان يجدون الجنود والكلاب في انتظارهم، مما أدى إلى إصابة الكثير من هؤلاء بعضات وجراح استدعت علاجهم في المستشفيات، بل أنّ عاملاً شابًا يدعى محمد أبو قعود (20 عامًا) احتاج إلى علاجات نفسية أيضا بعد تعرضه لإصابات في مختلف أنحاء جسمه، وروى هذا الشاب انه خلال إمساك الكلب العسكري بجسمه، قام احد الجنود بالتقاط الصور لهذا المشهد.
ولم ينف الناطق العسكري الإسرائيلي ما أورده الصحافي من حقائق ووقائع تتعلق باستخدام الكلاب المدربة، لكنه زعم أنّ هذا الأمر يتم وسط إجراءات الحذر اللازمة لمنع وقوع أذى زائد وغير مبرر، وخلُص إلى القول إنّه سيتم فحص أية شكوى بهذا الخصوص.
جدير بالذكر أنّ قوات الاحتلال، وتحديدا قوات حرس الحدود تقوم بعمليات إهانة تقشعر لها الأبدان بحق العمال الفلسطينيين الذين يحاولون الدخول إلى إسرائيل بحثا عن لقمة العيش، حيث أشارت منظمات إسرائيليّة، تعنى بشؤون انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان الفلسطينيّ من قبل الاحتلال إلى أنّ أفراد حرس الحدود يجبرون العمال على الوقوف في طابور والغناء: حمص، حمص فول، أسيادي مشمار هغفول.

جدير بالذكر أنّه بات معروفا وموثقا أنّ جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يستعمل الكلاب للتنكيل بالفلسطينيين، حيث أن الجيش الإسرائيلي يملك وحدة خاصة تسمى وحدة الكلاب هدفها تدريب الكلاب على مداهمة منازل الفلسطينيين لترهيبهم خلال عمليات الاعتقال التي تتم في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.

وفي هذا السياق، كان النائب العربي في الكنيست الإسرائيلي، الدكتور احمد الطيبي، رئيس كتلة الموحدة والعربية للتغيير قد قدّم استجوابا لوزير الأمن الإسرائيلي، ايهود باراك، تساءل فيه: هل صحيح أنّ جيشكم يدرب وحدة كلاب تدربونها على الانقضاض والهجوم على أي عربي يصيح 'الله اكبر'. وأضاف: كيف تدربون كلابكم على تشخيص العربي؟ وماذا بالضبط يخيفكم من المصطلح الديني والإيماني 'الله اكبر'؟ وأنهى النائب الطيبي استجوابه قائلا: وماذا دربتم كلابكم أن تفعل إذا مرت من جانب مسجد أو مسلمين يؤدون الصلاة ويرددون الله اكبر؟ وكان النائب الطيبي قد فاجأ الكنيست بحديثه عن الموضوع وكشفه أمام عدد من النواب قائلا: الم تسمعوا احد أولياء أمور الجنود الذي حضر مهرجانا عرضت فيه هذه الكلاب وانقضت على متدرب صاح الله اكبر في الإذاعة الإسرائيلية الرسمية باللغة العبرية (ريشت بيت) بعد حديث الصحافية كرملة منشه عن الموضوع؟ وتابع النائب الطيبي قائلا: إلى أين وصلتم؟ والى أي حضيض هبطتم؟ وظهر جليا على عدد من النواب اليهود الخجل خلال حديث الطيبي عن الموضوع فقال الطيبي: أرى نائبا يغطي وجهه خجلا من كلامي حول الكلاب، ولكن يجب عليكم جميعا أن تغطوا وجوهكم خجلا من تصرفات جيشكم. وخلص الطيبي إلى القول في نهاية خطابه: أتخافون من كلمة 'الله اكبر'؟ وتحرضون عليها؟ أقول لكم جميعا: الله اكبر عليكم! وتساءل غاضبا: هل يوجد بينكم كلاب ستنقض عليّ؟
