المجموعة الثانية: بني- ياس ( النادي المنظم) ، جمعية الساحل ( الكويت)، شانفيل اللبناني،الخرق العراقي، أهلي صداب العماني ونادي العلوم التطبيقية الأردني.

يذكر أن بعد الدور الأول، يتأهل الأربعة الأوائل عن كل مجموعة إلى الدور الربع النهائي التي ستكون على النحو التالي :

الأول من المجموعة الأولى يلاقي الرابع من المجموعة الثانية - الثاني من المجموعة الأولى يلاقي الثالث من المجموعة الثانية - الثالث من المجموعة الأولى يواجه الثاني من المجموعة الثانية، الرابع من المجموعة الأولى ضد الأول من المجموعة الثانية في هذه المنافسة، كان إتحاد البناء -سابقا- النادي الجزائري الوحيد المتوج باللقب العربي سنة 1989 بمصر ، بينما احتلت مولودية الجزائر المرتبة الثانية ثلاث مرات في دورات ( 1987، 2001، 2002 ) والمركز الثالث سنة 2004.

وداد بوفاريك الذي شارك في عدة مواعيد رياضية عربية توج بلقب نائب البطل لعربي سنة 1998 وراء نادي الحكمة اللباني.
