قرى بأكملها تنعزل عن العالم بين الأدغال

بفعل الأمطار التي شهدتها المناطق الشرقية لولاية جيجل , تحول الطريقان المؤديان إلى قريتي "الرمان" و "إينان" إلى شعاب , بل و قد زالت آثارهما نهائيا بين الغابات و المنحدرات , و رغم عديد الشكاوى التي توجه بها السكان هناك إلى البلدية و الولاية, و رغم اعتصامهم بهما إلا أنه و رغم الوعود العديدة , فإنه لم يحصل أي جديد, و لا زال هؤلاء السكان الأبرياء يسيرون لساعات على أقدامهم لبلوغ الطريق الترابي لشراء علبة دواء. رغم أن شق طريق مستوِ عبر الغابات الكثيفة يؤدي إلى قرية تالفت, أو إلى قرية بلهادف لا يكلف عشر ما تنفقه الدولة في حفل راقص.
كانت هاتين القريتين رائدتين في تربية الماشية و النحل, و إنتاج زيت الزيتون, و الفلين, أما اليوم فتلاشت جميعها للعزلة. بفعل الفساد الإداري الذي تشهده بلدية أولاد يحي خدروش التابع لها , و من ذلك الخبر الذي سبق نشره في جريدة الشروق , المتضمن تسجيل رئيس المجلس الشعبي في مكالمة تضمنت العديد من الجرائم التي ارتكبها , منها الفعل العلني المخل بالحياء , و الإغراء العلني على الفسق, و استغلال سيارة البلدية و موظفين بها لنزواته و غرائزه الشخصية.
كل ذلك دون أن تتصرف الهيئات العليا أو تولي أهمية على الأقل للأمر, ما أثار غيظ السكان و حرضهم على فعل ما يقع في دول أخرى.
