اليونان ترفض رهن جزرها للقروض

رئيس الوزراء اليوناني (يسار) وصف طلب رهن جزر وآثار بلاده بأنه أشبه بالإهانة (الفرنسية)


شدد رئيس الوزراء اليوناني جورج باباندريو أنه لا مجال لطلب تحويل جزر بلاده أو آثارها إلى ضمانات للقروض التي استدانتها للخروج من أزمتها المالية، وأضاف باباندريو -في حديث نشرته الأحد صحيفة كورييري ديل سييرا الإيطالية- أن مثل هذا الطلب "أشبه بالإهانة".

وعبر المسؤول اليوناني بهذه التصريح عن استيائه مما يروجه بعض الدائنين في دول كألمانيا وفرنسا من احتمال اشتراط رهن بعض المعالم التاريخية لليونان أو جزرها كضمان لسداد ديونها، وأضاف باباندريو أن تعهدات بلاده والإجراءات التي تتخذها تعد ضمانات كافية.

ويأتي هذا التصريح اليوناني في وقت احتلت فيه الخصخصة صدارة الوسائل التي تريد من خلالها حكومة أثينا توفير السيولة الكافية لإرجاع ديونها في ظل عدم كفاية إيراداتها.

وكانت اليونان كشفت من قبل عن لائحة من الممتلكات العامة كالمطارات والطرق السريعة التي ستعرض للبيع من أجل جمع مبلغ 70 مليار دولار خلال أربع سنوات، ولكن هناك تخوفات من أن تؤجل اليونان تنفيذ هذه الخطوة.

ضغوط أكبر
وينتظر أن يمارس وزراء مالية منطقة اليورو خلال اجتماعهم الاثنين المزيد من الضغوط على اليونان لتنفيذ إجراءات تقشف إضافية مقابل انخراطهم في حزمة إنقاذ ثانية، صارت حتميا في ظل عجز أثينا عن سداد ديونها، وتنامي الدعوات إلى إعادة جدولتها.

وفي هذا السياق يتوقع أن ينهي مسؤولون من مفوضية الاتحاد الأوروبي وصندوق النقد الدولي الأربعاء المقبل تقييمهم لبرنامج التقشف الذي تنفذه اليونان.

غير أن المفوض الأوروبي للشؤون المالية أولي رين استبق نتائج التقييم بتصريحه يوم الجمعة الماضي أنه سيكون على اليونان تنفيذ إجراءات إضافية.

ومن المؤشرات التي استند إليها المسؤول الأوروبي تفاقم حجم دين اليونان مقارنة بناتجها الإجمالي المحلي بدرجة أكبر من المتوقع، حيث ينتظر أن يناهز العام المقبل 166%، ولا يتوقع أن تستطيع اليونان سداد 16 مليار دولار مستحقة في الشهر المقبل، كشرط لنيل 19 مليار دولار أخرى
