فراتيني: "ساعات نظام القذافي معدودة"

روما: اعلن وزير الخارجية الايطالي فرانكو فراتيني الاثنين ان "ساعات النظام الليبي معدودة" وان قسما من المقربين من الزعيم الليبي يبحث عن "باب خروج" يسلكه العقيد معمر القذافي نحو المنفى.

وصرح الوزير للقناة الخاصة كنالي 5 في نشرتها الصباحية ان "ساعات النظام الليبي معدودة"، مؤكدا "انه ليس مجرد امل نتطلع اليه".

واوضح فراتيني ان ما يتبين من "الرسائل التي تصل من دائرة مقربة من النظام" ان "بعض (المقربين من القذافي) تحدثوا تحت كنف السرية، وبدأوا يقولون ان القذافي يبحث عن باب خروج مشرف".

واكد الوزير ان هذه الدائرة تبحث عن "مكان قد ينسحب اليه (القذافي) بشكل مقبول والاختفاء تماما من الساحة السياسية".

وقال فراتيني "اننا نعمل مع الامم المتحدة من اجل ايجاد مخرج سياسي كي ينسحب الدكتاتور مع عائلته من الساحة".

واوضح الوزير الذي ينتمي الى حزب "شعب الحرية" (وسط اليمين) بزعامة سيلفيو برلوسكوني ان الهدف هو "تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية فورا، تضم قادة من طرابلس قد تم اختيارهم".

واكد ان "ذلك يدل على انها لن تكون حكومة بنغازي بل حكومة ليبيا برمتها".

وبشأن تدفق اعداد كبيرة من المهاجرين الافارقة من جنوب الصحراء على ايطاليا قدرت اعدادهم بنحو 11 الفا قدموا من السواحل الليبية، قال فراتيني ان موجة الهجرة ستتوقف ما ان يتولى المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الذي يمثل الثوار، السلطة في طرابلس.

وقال ان "رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي (مصطفى عبد الجليل) قال للرئيس (جيورجيو) نابوليتانو ورئيس الحكومة (سيلفيو برلوسكوني) انهم ما ان يحكموا كامل ليبيا حتى يتوقف تدفق" المهاجرين.

واضاف فراتيني ان "من مصلحتهم ان يثبتوا للمجتمع الدولي ان تعاونهم افضل بكثير مما كان عليه الوضع مع القذافي".
