الفرنسي الذي قتل في بنغازي عسكري كان يرافق الجيش الفرنسي في عملياته في إفريقيا

لا يزال الغموض يلف ملابسات مقتل رئيس شركة "سيكوبيكس" الامنية الفرنسية الخاصة في بنغازي شرق ليبيا ، كما لا يزال السؤال قائما حول هل ان مقتله جاء نتيجة خلاف على حاجز للشرطة الليبية تحول الى اطلاق نار، ام في إطار آخر؟. والفرنسي بيار مارزيالي (47 عاما) "الصورة "الذي قتل ليل الاربعاء الخميس في بنغازي، وحسب مصادر متطابقة فقد التقي المعني بقيادات المتمردين في الشرق الليبي قبل مقتله ، هو ضابط مظلي سابق في الجيش الفرنسي. واسس عام 2003 شركة سيكوبيكس ومقرها كركاسون جنوب غرب فرنسا والتي تعرف عن نفسها بانها "شركة دعم استراتيجي وعملاني".

وخلفت حادثة مقتل هذا الفرنسي ، قبل أمس، ما يشبه حالة طوارئ ليس فقط في دوائر صنع القرار في باريس كون القتيل رعية فرنسية بل أيضا في مدينة بنغازي معقل المعارضة الليبية، كون الحادثة أماطت اللثام عن تواجد قوات مرتزقة أجانب وبالأخص من فرنسا في بنغازي.

وفيما راحت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، تحاول إضفاء الشرعية على عملية قتل الرعية الفرنسي، في شكل من أشكال محاولة التستر على الفضيحة، ظهرت معطيات جديدة حول التاريخ العسكري للقتيل الفرنسي ودوره البارز في إدارة عدد من النزاعات وبؤر الصراع داخل القارة الإفريقية وفي دول عربية.

ولد تيار مارزيالي في 7 مارس من عام 1963 وفي سنة 1981 التحق بصفوف الجيش الفرنسي عندما كان عمره 18 سنة، قبل أن يتنقل إلى لبنان، للمشاركة بشكل خفي في الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية، رفقة عناصر من الفوج الثالث لقوات المظليين في الجيش الفرنسي، كما أنه كان أحد الناجين من عملية ’’دراكار’’ في بيروت التي قتل فيها 58 مظلي فرنسي. وتعددت العمليات والمهام التي شارك فيها مارزيالي، والذي تدرج في رتب صف الضبك، قبل أن ينتهي به المطاف في رتبة مساعد اول، غير أن تلك الرتبة لم تكن مانعا أمامه من المشاركة في عمليات حساسة وسرية. وفي هذا الإطار، اعترف مارزيالي بصريح العبارة في حوار أجرته معه مجلة ’’لوجورنال دو لا سفور’’، التي كانت تصدرها قوات الناتو في البوسنة والهرسك، في 21 مارس من عام 2001 أنه شارك خلال مسيرته مع الجيش الفرنسي في عشرات العمليات العسكرية، منها المعلنة ومنها التي ما تزال سرية.

وكان من بين الدول التي عمل بها مارزيالي، إفريقيا الوسطى، رواندا خلال فترة الحرب الأهلية والمجازر المروعة، التشاد، مالاوي والبنين، وصولا إلى جزيرة كاليدونيا الجديدة.

وفي عام 2003 وبعدما تقاعد مارزيالي، رفقة عسكري آخر من قوات المظليين في الجيش الفرنسي وهو ’’برادال اوكيلي بوير’’، بتأسيس ’’سيكوبكس’’ وهي شركة خاصة مختصة في الأمن والعمليات العسكرية على الطريقة الأمريكية، لتكون مثلها مثل شركة ’’بلاك ووتر’’ الأمريكية التي تشارك الجيش الأمريكي الكثير من عملياته وتدعمه بمرتزقة خلال العمليات التي يتعذر عليه المشاركة بعناصره النظاميين.

وكان رفيق وشريك مازريالي فضلا عن عمله في الجيش الفرنسي، أحد المرتزقة القدامى في دولة الغابون، أين يتدول اسم برادال اوكيلي من طرف الكثير من الحقوقيين ووسائل الإعلام المحلية بوصفه أحد أبرز مرتكبي عمليات إبادة جماعية وتصفيات جسدية واغتيالات سياسية.

وفي عام 2009 حول مارزيالي ورفيقه اوكيلي دعم حسن بونغو نجل الرئيس الغابوني الراحل والحليف القديم لفرنسا عمر بونغو للاستيلاء على السلطة بالقوة، قبل أن يتنقل الرجلان إلى النشاط في الصومال، أين قاما بتوقيع مجموعة عقود مع الحكومة الصومالية في إطار تقديم مساعدات أمنية وعسكرية مقابل ملايين الدولارات.

وطوال سنوات عمل شركته، رافق مارزيالي الجيش الفرنسي في الكثير من عملياته في مناطق بالقارة الإفريقية، أين كانت مهامه المحددة من طرف السلطات الفرنسية تتلخص في ’’تقديم الدعم والمساعدة لبلد صديق مهدد’’، ’’تدريب المتطوعين الجدد في جيوش الدول الصديقة’’ و’’حماية الرعايا الفرنسيين والأجانب خلال النزاعات والحروب’’. ومن خلال ما تكشف من بيان السيرة الذاتية والمهنية للفرنسي بيار مارزيالي، يتبين أن تواجده على الأراضي الليبية كان في إطار خدمات قدمها لصالح السلطات الفرنسية وجماعة المتمردين، وهو ما يكشف عن تواجد مرتزقة سابقين من الجيش الفرنسي في الشرق الليبي.
