السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته


مشهد 1
الزوج يصرخ ويعلو صوته يتكلم بكلام جارح ويتلفظ بكلمات تدخل الى القلب كرصاص
زوجة غاضبة مستائة جرحت اكثر من مرة واستفزتها اتهامات زوجها فقررت ان ترد عليه وتاخذ بحقها وتفرغ غيظها
كلما قال كلمة ردت عليه
وفي النهاية قررت ان تترك المنزل انتصارا لكرامتها

مشهد 2
ام مرهقة من اعمال المنزل وقد بذلت كل طاقتها في اعداد الطعام والتنظيف
اعطت لطفلها كوب اللبن لطفلها فلم ينتبه واذا باللبن انسكب على الارض
في غمرة غيظها ضربته بشده فقطرت شفاه الدم

مشهد 3
بعد سوء تفاهم شديد تتناقش مع احدى اعز صديقاتها
يتصاعد الحوار لتبادل اتهامات
تقرر في لحظة غيظ انهاء صاقة اكثر من 10 سنوات


في كل تلك المشاهد غضب شديد وغيظ فائر
لم يستطع صاحبه التحكم فيه فدمره غيظه
فماذا كانت النتيجة؟
لقد حذرنا رسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم من الغضب
عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه أن رجلا قال للنبى ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ) أوصنى قال : لا تغضب فردد مراراً قال لا تغضب .
رواه البخارى


فالغضب يدمر الانسان وقد يتلفظ اثناء غضبه بما لا يعنيه مما يتسبب في الكثير من المشكلات له واكتسابه للكثير من الاثام والذنوب


لذلك كان لكظم الغيظ تلك المنزلة
قال الله تعالى :
{‏ وَسَارِعُواْ إِلَى مَغْفِرَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ‏ * الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِي السَّرَّاء وَالضَّرَّاء وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ }

سورة آل عمران


ورأيت والله اليوم حديث أثر في الكثير فتأملوه
فعَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالَ:


" مَنْ كَظَمَ غَيْظًا - وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَنْ يُنْفِذَهُ - دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى رُؤوسِ الْخَلاَئِقِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْحُورِ مَا شَاءَ "
حسنه الشيخ الالباني صحيح سنن الترمذي


افلا يكفينا حرصا على كظم الغيظ جنة عرضها السموات والارض؟
افلا يكفينا ان جعل الله لنا يوما نأخذ فيه حقوقنا ممن ظلمنا؟
بل للاسف تجدنا مثارين قابلين للاشتعال مع اول بادرة نبدأ في الرد والغضب والتنفيس عن غيظنا

تعالوا نرى حال سلفنا الصالح وكيف ضبطوا انفسهم وكظموا غيظهم

قَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ رضي الله عنه لِرَجُلٍ شَتَمَه: "يَا هَذَا لَا تُغْرِقَنَّ فِي سَبِّنَا
وَدَعْ لِلصُّلْحِ مَوْضِعًا فَإِنَّا لَا نُكَافِئُ مَنْ عَصَى اللَّهَ فِينَا بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَنْ نُطِيعَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِيهِ".


وَشَتَمَ رَجُلٌ الشَّعْبِيَّ فَقَالَ له الشَّعْبِيُّ: "إنْ كُنْتُ كمَا قُلْتَ فَغَفَرَ اللَّهُ لِي
وَإِنْ لَمْ أَكُنْ كَمَا قُلْتَ فَغَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَكَ".


فقولي لي اختي
ماهو تصرفك وقد شتمك احد؟
كيف تردين وتنتصرين لنفسك؟



فلنحاول اخواتي ان نتذكر الاجر الكبير والثواب العظيم لكاظم الغيظ
فوالله انه يستحق
ونحاول جهاد النفس وتدريبها فكظم الغيظ لن يكون سهلا بل يحتاج لمجاهدة ومتابعة
وان نتذكر سماحة رسولنا ورفقه وتبسطه للناس وحلمه معا الناس
فهو القدوة الحسنة لنا


اتمنى ان اكون قد وفقت في طرح هذا الخلق الرائع
جعلني الله واياكم من الكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس
