المجلس العسكري ينفي العفو عن مبارك.. ومصدر ينكر عزمه الاعتذار


نفى المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة المصرية الذي يدير شؤون البلاد الأربعاء 18-5-2011 تكهنات بأنه سيعفو عن الرئيس السابق محمد حسني مبارك الذي يخضع للتحقيق بتهم فساد واستغلال النفوذ قائلا إنه لن يتدخل في عمل القضاء.

وفي الأثناء نفى مصدر قريب الصلة من أسرة الرئيس السابق حسنى مبارك صحة ما نشرته تقارير إعلامية حول نية "مبارك" إعداد خطاب يعتذر فيه للشعب المصري عما بدر منه من إساءة لأبناء الوطن، والتنازل عن ممتلكاته وممتلكات عائلته لصالح الشعب المصري.

وقال مصدر وثيق الصلة بالعائلة، إن هذا الأمر لم يتم تداوله على الإطلاق في محيط أسرة مبارك، وأن ما ذكرته هذه الصحيفة ينافي تماماً المناقشات التي تجري بين الأسرة ومحاميها والمقربين منها، نقلا عن تقرير لصحيفة "المصري اليوم" الأربعاء.

وأضاف المصدر أن "محاولة ترديد تفكير الأسرة في الاعتذار أو الاعتراف بالخطأ وطلب العفو من الشعب المصري يعني أن مبارك اقترف جرائم وارتكب أخطاء تستوجب العقاب القانوني، وهو ما يضر بموقفه في القضايا التى يواجه فيها اتهامات".

ومبارك ( 83 عاما) محبوس على ذمة التحقيق في مستشفى بمنتجع شرم الشيخ على ساحل البحر الأحمر بعد أن قال مسؤولون إنه يعاني من مشكلات بالقلب.

وقال المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة في رسالة على صفحته على موقع "فيسبوك" "يؤكد المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة أنه لا صحة مطلقا لما نشر في وسائل الإعلام عن اتجاه المجلس للعفو عن الرئيس السابق محمد حسني مبارك وأسرته".

وأضاف المجلس في رسالته أنه "لا يتدخل بصورة أو بأخرى في الاجراءات القانونية الخاصة بمحاسبة رموز النظام السابق، وأن هذه الإجراءات خاضعة للقضاء المصري".

وأكد المجلس في رسالته على "أهمية الحذر الشديد من الأخبار والشائعات المغرضة التي تهدف إلى إحداث الانقسام والوقيعة بين الشعب وقواته المسلحة".

ويقول بعض المحللين إن المجلس العسكري الذي يرأسه المشير محمد حسين طنطاوي، الذي ظل وزيرا للدفاع في عهد مبارك لعقدين، سيحجم عن إهانة قائده السابق بإلقائه خلف القضبان.
