إعـــلان عــن فتــح دورة تدريبيـــة للالتحاق بمهنــة المحاماة

- بناء على أحكام المواد 09-10-12 من القانون رقم 04-91 المتضمن تنظيم مهنة المحاماة.
- بناء على أحكام المواد 04-05-09 من القرار المؤرخ في 04/09/1995 المتضمن النظام الداخلي لمهنة المحاماة .
- بناء على مداولة مجلس الإتحاد الوطني لمنظمات المحامين الجزائريين المنعقد يتاريخ 23/04/2011 المتضمن فتح دورة تدريبية على مستوى جميع المنظمات فإنه تقرر فتح دورة تدريبية على مستوى منظمة محامي ناحية قسنطينة طبقا للشروط التالية:

· طلــب خطــي للسيــد النقيــب .
· شهــادة الليســـانس فــي الحقــوق – أصلية-.
· شهــادة الكفاءة فــي مهنــة المحاماة – أصلية –.
· شهادة الجنسية.
· شهادة السوابق العدلية.
· أن لا يقل عمر المترشح عن 23 سنة
– شهادة الميلاد أصلية –.
· أن لا يكون مرتبط بعلاقة عمل مع أي جهة كانت.
· شهادة عدم الانتساب إلى صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي و الصندوق الوطني لغير الأجراء – تقديم تصريح شرفي بعدم ممارسة أي عمل – · مستخرج من الجدول من إدارة الضرائب – Extrait de Rôle .
· شهادة طبية (- طب عام + أمراض صدرية + أمراض عقلية و نفسية –) تؤكد أن الحالة الصحية للمعني تسمح له بممارسة المهنة.
· شهادة الإقامة (السكن)
· 06 صور شمسية.
· شهادة الاشراف لمحامي تابع لناحية قسنطينة.
· تصريح شرفي بعدم تقديم أي ملف لدى منظمة أخرى.
· شهادة توقيف الراتب بالنسبة للعمال أو الموظفين السابقين.
· حقوق التسجيل 50000.00دج تدفع بعد الدراسة الأولية من طرف المجلس.
· يقدم الملف على ثلاثة نسخ لأمانة المنظمة من الساعة 13:00 إلى الساعة 16:00 أيام العمل.

ملاحظـــة :
1- وضــع الملفــات بأمــانة المنظمــة ابتدءا مــن تاريــخ 01/06/2011 إلــى غايــة 30/06/2011 و لا يقبـل أي ملـف خارج هذا الأجـل
2- يشترط أن تكون شهادة الليسانس وشهادة الكفاءة في المحاماة صادرتين عن كليات الحقوق التابعة لإختصاص منظمة المحامين لناحية قسنطينة (قسنطينة،سكيكدة ، جيجل )
3- يمكن سحب إستمارة التسجيل و شهادة الإشراف من أمانة المنظمة أو من موقع الأنترنت الخاص بالمنظمة و هو : www.orac-dz.org 4-
كل مترشح تبين بعد التسجيل أنه قدم معلومات خاطئة أو مازال مرتبط بأي عمل يرفض طلبه ويتعرض إلى الملاحقة القضائية.
