معدات وذخائر إسرائيلية لقوات حلف الأطلسي في ليبيا

سمحت قيادة العمليات الجوية لقوات حلف الأطلسي المشاركة في الحرب الليبية، لضباط ارتباط وطيارين من سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي بالحصول على معلومات وصور حية حول سير العمليات العسكرية في ليبيا. وتستعمل قوات جوية غربية في ليبيا ذخائر وقطع غيار إسرائيلية.
ركزت الغارات الجوية الأولى للقوات الجوية الأمريكية والأطلسية في ليبيا، قبل عدة أسابيع، عمليات القصف على مواقع يشتبه بأنها أماكن تخزين صواريخ باليستية بعد أن تلقت تعليمات بالبحث عن أية منصات لإطلاق صواريخ أرض أرض بعيدة المدى وتدميرها فورا منذ الساعات الأولى للغارات الجوية في ليبيا.
وقد شاركت قوات جوية وصاروخية من الأسطول الأمريكي السادس في البحر المتوسط في العملية بكثافة، وجاءت الغارات، حسب مصدر عليم، خوفا من توجيه صواريخ باليستية إلى مناطق في جنوب إيطاليا، أو توجيه صواريخ أخرى أو طائرات إلى إسرائيل. ورغم أن القذافي تخلى رسميا عن برامج تطوير وامتلاك أسلحة إستراتيجية، قبل سنوات، فإن قيادة قوات حلف الأطلسي تعاملت بكل حزم مع احتمال إخفاء النظام في طرابلس صواريخ بعيدة المدى في مخابئ بالصحراء. وكشف مصدر عليم بأن إسرائيل طلبت ضمانات من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول غربية تشارك في الحرب ضد نظام القذافي، بألا تتعرض لضربات صاروخية أو أية أعمال انتقامية من نظام القذافي، وأكدت أنها سترد بكل قوة وقد ''تخترق مجال دول جارة لليبيا خلال ردها''. وتوصلت خلال أيام الدول المشاركة في الحرب ضد ليبيا إلى اتفاق مع الجانب الإسرائيلي ينص على إبلاغ تل أبيب بكل المعلومات الميدانية ساعة بساعة ودون أي تأخير وبحضور ضباط ارتباط إسرائيليين في مقر قيادة العمليات الجوية في نابولي التي يوجد بها ضابط ارتباط إسرائيلي منذ عدة سنوات، ثم عيّن الجنرال الكندي شارل بوشار قائدا للعمليات العسكرية في ليبيا، وهو الذي شارك في عمليات ''اكتيف أنديفر'' في البحر المتوسط التي أطلقت بعد 11 سبتمبر 2001، وجاءت من أجل التصدي لنشاطات إرهابية محتملة في البحر، وتمت بالتنسيق مع ضباط اتصال إسرائيليين.
وتشير معلومات سرية إلى أن قيادة الجيش الإسرائيلي وأجهزة الأمن والمخابرات في الدولة العبرية طلبت، في شهر فيفري الماضي، من الدول المشاركة في الحرب ضد نظام العقيد معمر القذافي الحصول على معلومات حول تطور الأوضاع الميدانية في الحرب بليبيا على مدار الساعة، وأبدت قيادة سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي اهتماما كبيرا بمسرح العمليات في ليبيا الذي يوفر عمقا جغرافيا يسمح للطيارين الإسرائيليين بالتدريب على عمليات بعيدة المدى، تمهيدا لنزاع عسكري محتمل مع إيران. ويري خبراء عسكريون أن الحرب في ليبيا توفر فرصة مهمة لن يفوّتها سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي للتدريب على الحرب في مواقع بعيدة عن حدود إسرائيل، خاصة مع التغييرات التي تشهدها المنطقة.
وتعاقدت جيوش دول غربية منها فرنسا وبريطانيا مع شركات إسرائيلية مؤخرا لتوريد أسلحة ومعدات وذخائر لتغطية العجز في بعض قطع الغيار لعدة أنواع من الذخائر الموجهة الضرورية لمواصلة الحرب في ليبيا، ووفرت شركات إسرائيلية ذخائر وصواريخ موجهة عالية التقنية خاصة صاروخ ''غابرييل'' الذي ينطلق من الجو ويضرب أهدافا أرضية، وطائرات بدون طيار متوسطة وبعيدة المدى، وحصلت ''الخبر'' على معلومات تشير إلى أن طائرات شحن نقلت من إسرائيل في بداية شهر مارس الماضي طلبية مستعجلة لجيش دولة غربية وتضمنت الطلبية صواريخ.
