عرضت عدة مواقع دأبت على نشر بيانات لتنظيمات متشددة الخميس ما يعتقد أنها الرسالة الصوتية الأخيرة لزعيم تنظيم القاعدة، أسامة بن لادن، قبل مقتله، تحدث فيها عن الثورات العربية، وحض على تشكيل " مجلس لتقديم الرأي والمشورة للشعوب المسلمة،" كما حذر من سقوط الثورات الحالية كما سابقاتها في حال لم يصار إلى "تصحيح المفاهيم."

وتأتي الرسالة في 12 دقيقة و37 ثانية، ولم تتمكن cnn من تأكيد صحتها بشكل مستقل، غير أنها حملت شعار مؤسسة "السحاب،" وهي الذراع الإعلامية للتنظيم الذي سبق له أن تعهد بنشر رسالة صوتية لزعيمه السابق قال إنه سجلها قبل أسبوع من مقتله في باكستان.

ويبدأ بن لادن رسالته بتوجيه الخطاب إلى "الأمة الإسلامية" قائلاً: "أمتي المسلمة: نراقب معك هذا الحدث التاريخي العظيم، ونشاركك الفرحة والسرور والبهجة والحبور.. طالما يمّمتِ الأمة وجهها ترقب النصر الذي لاحت بشائره من المشرق فإذا بشمس الثورة تطلع من المغرب.. أضاءت الثورة من تونس فأنِسَتْ بها الأمة وارتاعت يهودُ لقرب الوعود."

ولفت بن لادن إلى أن من وصفهم بن "فرسان الكنانة،" في إشارة إلى الشباب المصري، أخذوا "قبساً من أحرار تونس إلى ميدان التحرير فانطلقت ثورة عظيمة وأي ثورة."

واعتبر بن لادن أن ما جرى في مصر "مصيري للأمة بأسرها" ووصفها بأنها "ثورة عز وإباء،" مشدداً على ضرورة عدم الوقوف عند الحلول الوسط مع الأنظمة السابقة.

وبحسب الرسالة الصوتية التي تخللتها الكثير من المقاطع الشعرية، قال بن لادن إن أمام "الأمة الإسلامية" ما وصفه بـ"مفترق طرق خطير وفرصة تاريخية عظيمة نادرة للنهوض بالأمة والتحرر من العبودية لأهواء الحكام والقوانين الوضعية والهيمنة الغربية."

وأضاف: "وفي هذا المقام أذكّر الصادقين بأن تأسيس مجلس لتقديم الرأي والمشورة للشعوب المسلمة في جميع المحاور المهمة واجب شرعي، وآكدُ ما يكون على بعض الغيورين الذين قد نصحوا مبكراً بضرورة استئصال هذه الأنظمة الظالمة ولهم ثقة واسعة بين جماهير المسلمين فعليهم البدء بهذا المشروع والإعلان عنه سريعاً بعيداً عن هيمنة الحكام المستبدين وإنشاء غرفة عمليات مواكبة للأحداث للعمل بخطوط متوازية تشمل جميع حاجات الأمة."

ومن بين مهام هذا المجلس، بحسب بن لادن "إنقاذ الشعوب" التي تكافح لإسقاط "طغاتها،" وتوجيه الشعوب التي أسقطت الحاكم وبعض أركانه بالخطوات المطلوبة "لحماية الثورة وتحقيق أهدافها،" إلى جانب "التعاون مع الشعوب التي لم تنطلق ثوراتها بعد لتحديد ساعة الصفر وما يلزم قبلها وأضاف: "أحسب أن رياح التغيير ستعمّ العالم."

وحذر بن لادن من أن المنطقة "شهِدْتِ قبل بضعة عقود ثورات عديدة فرح الناس بها ثم ما لبثوا أن ذاقوا ويلاتها،" ودعا لتجنب تكرار ذلك من خلال "ثورة الوعي وتصحيح المفاهيم،" ونصح في سبيل ذلك بقراءة كتاب "مفاهيم ينبغي أن تُصَحَّح" للشيخ محمد قطب.

ودعا بن لادن شعوب المنطقة إلى "إنقاذ نفسها وأطفالها،" وسأل: "هل يعي الحكام أن الشعب قد خرج ولن يعود حتى يحقق الوعود بإذن الله تعالى؟"

ورغم أن تنظيم القاعدة كان قد أشار إلى أن الرسالة سُجلت قبل أسبوع من مقتل بن لادن في مطلع مايو الجاري، غير أن ما ورد فيها يشبه الإشادة التي جاءت في بداية الأحداث، عبر رسائل الرجل الثاني في التنظيم، أيمن الظواهري، في فبراير الماضي.
