أحمدي نجاد يتهم الغرب بمنع الغيوم الممطرة من الوصول إلى إيران

في سياق خطاباته المثيرة للجدل اتهم الرئيس الإيراني محمود أحمدي نجاد اليوم الخميس الدول الأوروبية بالعمل على منع الغيوم الممطرة من الوصول إلى إيران، مستندا على مقال لدبلوماسي غربي.

وقال نجاد الذي كان يتحدث في مراسم افتتاح سد ومنشآت "كمال صالح" المائية بالقرب من مدينة أراك في مركز إيران أن دبلوماسيا غربيا كتب في مقال له إن المنطقة ستعاني خلال الأعوام الثلاثين اللاحقة من الجفاف وندرة الأمطار، وأن هذا الجفاف سيجتاح منطقة تمتد من تركيا وإيران وصولا إلى شرق آسيا.

ولم يشر الرئيس الإيراني إلى اسم كاتب المقال ولا المصدر، وأضاف "إن الرقعة الجغرافية التي يشير إليها هذا الديبلوماسي الغربي في المقال تظهر بأنهم يخشون صناعة الحضارات والثقافات في البلدان الواقعة على هذه الرقعة".
وجاء في تصريحات الرئيس الإيراني التي نقلها موقع "خبر أون لاين" الذي يدار من قبل المحافظين أن "المعلومات المؤكدة بخصوص الوضع المناخي تفيد أن الدول الأوروبية تستخدم أجهزة خاصة بإمكانها تفريغ الغيوم، ومنع الممطرة منها من الوصول إلى المنطقة ومن ضمنها إيران" .

وفي مقابلة مع "العربية.نت" قال الخبير المناخي والمحاضر في الأكاديمية الأردنية للدراسات البحرية لمادة الرصد الجوي جمال الموسوي إن الحديث عن منع الغيوم الممطرة من الوصول إلى رقعة جغرافية محددة كلام غير علمي، لأن آلية تكوين الغيوم الممطرة تحدث في المناطق التي تتواجد فيها، وذلك نتيجة لتوفر آلية رفع الهواء إلى الأعلى أو نتيجة لوجود منخفضات جوية وجبهات هوائية باردة أو حارة أو حدوث حالة عدم استقرار جوي.

واستطرد قائلا: حدوث هذه العملية بحاجة إلى قوة هائلة للغاية من الصعوبة بمكان إيجادها بواسطة أي دولة، فلو كانت العملية بهذه السهولة لمنعت أمريكا إعصار كاترينا الذي كلفها سنويا مليارات الدولارات، ناهيك عن الأرواح التي تزهق نتيجة لتلك الأعاصير.

وأضاف أن عدم الاستقرار الجوي في خمس ولايات تسبب في فيضانات هائلة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، فكيف لم تتحكم أمريكا أوغيرها في الغيوم الممطرة لو كان بإمكانهم منعها من التكون في مكان ما.

أما الرئيس الإيراني الذي ألمح إلى مؤامرة غربية ضد بلاده والمنطقة، فأضاف أن السلطات الحقوقية في إيران تتابع هذا العمل الذي وصفه بالبشع لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بهذا الخصوص.

واتهم الرئيس الإيراني الدول الأوروبية بإثارة الخلافات المائية بين دول المنطقة من خلال التحكم في الغيوم، مؤكدا أن حرب المستقبل ستكون حربا على المياه حسب تعبيره.
