انهيت عملي بالجامعة على الساعة الثالثة مساء و قفلت راجعا الى بيتي واضعا شيئا واحدي في مخيلتي وهو أخذ قسط من النوم بعد ان حرمت منه ليلة البارحة بسبب السهر. مررت بسوق الخضر بتاسوست فتذكرت طلبات زوجتي و شكواها من فراغ الثلاجة حتى أني قلت في نفسي يوما أن الثلاجة ربما بها ثقب للأوزون هي الأخرى تتسرب منه الخضر الى الأرض. أغراني منظر الخضر المكدسة على الطاولات وقد صُففت بعناية فائقة و كأن أبو مرزوق خضار باب الحارة هو من قام بتصفيفها. أوقفت سيارتي و نزلت و توجهت مباشرة لأول طاولة على اليمين. ما إن رآني البائع حتى فرك يديه فرحا كأنه علم ما في نفسي.

-لي فريز يا الشيخ...حبات ملاح .

- شوفلي الحساب وين وصل...انت يظهرلي معول تبني فيلا.

- راني نفيني فيها يا الشيخ...راني كملت البانتورة (يقصد الصباغة) هذا الأسبوع.-...123 الف يا الشيخ.

-بالبركة ان شاء الله...ربي يعاونك

ركبت السيارة و انطلقت عائدا الى بيتي. شغلت الراديو لأستمع الى حصة إذاعية فاستوقفتني محطة استضافت خضارة يتحدثون عن مشاكلهم. تذكرت ذلك الخضار و هو يحدثني عن الفيلا التي بناها من بيع الخضر و قارنته بما يقولون. كانوا يتحدثون و كأنهم ضحايا مساكين لمصلحة الضرائب و تجار الجملة و أعوان الأمن . وصلت الى البيت و أخرجت أكياس الخضر و الفواكه التي حرصت أن تكون كثيرة حيث وضعت كل نوع في كيس وناديت على زوجتي و كلي فخر و اعتزاز بما حملت الى البيت و كأنني جلبت الأسد من أذنيه. أخذت زوجتي الأكياس على دفعتين. أفرغتها في الثلاجة و أنا وقف أراقب المنظر بكل فخر. تنتهي زوجتي من إفراغ الحمولة الهائلة أو هكذا ظننت و تستدير الي قائلة

- ما جبتش اللوبيا ( الفاصوليا) الخضراء و الجلبانة و الثوم و البطاطا.

-ايه صح...نسيت

-و انا كنت ناوية أحضر لكم أكله رائعة شفتها في التلفزيون للسيدة نادية ...أكلة بالبطاطا و الجلبانة

-الله يلعن السيدة نادية (قلتها في نفسي).

-والله تشوف الفيلا اللي ساكنة فيها السيدة نادية ...روعة روعة

-و أكلاتها طبعا اقتصادية جدا...روعة روعة

-صح ...هي تقدم الأكلات الاقتصادية فقط

-أهي زوجة الخضار؟

- خضار؟ لا ...لم تتحدث عن زوجها

-لا...أقصد الخضار اللي في تاسوست ...سيتزوج قريبا

-عن أي شيء تتحدث يا رجل؟

- لا شيء لا شيء.

تركتها و خرجت الى مقهى جاري بوعسيلة. ما إن جلست حتى وضع فنجان القهوة أمامي.

تفضل يا عمي أحسن ...قهوة فيها زوج مغارف سكر. تناولت الفنجان و أخذت الرشفة الأولى و إذا بشاحنة صغيرة تتوقف أمامنا و ينزل منها ثلاثة شبان. ذهب كل واحد منهم في اتجاه و هو يصيح بأعلى صوته. " بطاطا ...6 كيلو ب20 ألف...البصلة 4 ب 10 آلاف...الثوم ...الكيلو ب13 ألف." تناولت القهوة في جرعة واحدة .دفعت ثمنها و خرجت.

اتجهت الى أحد الباعة و سألته:

-ما عندكومش جلبانة؟
- لا ..ما شريناش اليوم...حابين نكملو بكري اليوم
- نخلوها لغدوة ان شاء الله
- لا غدوة ما نخدموش...نحتاج الشاحنة لنقل الرخام للدار الجديدة.
