السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
أطل علينا فخامته منذ حوالي الشهر ليعلن عبر الخطاب التاريخي جدا جدا عن إصلاحات جذرية حينها رفعنا قلمنا و إنتقدنا محتوى الخطاب الذي ألفناه و لكن بمرور الأيام بدأت مخاوفنا تتجسد واقعا بداية بتعيين رجل من رجالات النظام بإمتياز يقال له عبد القادر بن صالح رئيس مجلس التقاعد المريح إلى هنا و قلنا معليش ربما الرجل لديه حنكة سياسية و له باع طويل في التلون السياسي و ضرب الشيتة و المراوغة و لعله يستعمل هاته المهارات فيشمل بحواراته جميع أطراف المجتمع و لكن بعدما كنا نسمع عن طاولة الحوار طاولة الحوار جلسات الحوار الأن أصبح مؤكدا أنها لا بهي طاولة حوار ولا هم يحزنون إنما هي طابلة مع التركيز على كلمة طابلة ذات الأصل الفرنسي ..أقول طابلة قصرة و تجواز وقت و تقعاد بأحلام الشباب ..و بدأت العرضات تتوالى بداية بأحزاب سياسية ماذا نقول فيها فوالله قد اوفيناها كل المفردات في تدخلاتنا ..كرتونية ..شياتة ...مصلحجية ...ثم إنتقل الوضع لما هو أسوأ تم عرض واحد إسمه خالد نزار مهندس الإنقلاب على المسار الإنتخابي سنة 1991 بربكم زيدوا أعرضو حطاب و البارا و درودكال و هذا تحت وقع أنغام الحاجة الزهوانية ...
النظام في الجزائر يعيد إنتاج نفسه بطريقة وقحة ولا يتعلم أبدا ولا يريد أن يعلم أن الشعب الجزائر أظهر أنه أكثر وطنية و أكثر حفاظا على الوطن و أكثر صبرا ...ماذا نقول ريحوا أعرضوا و قصروا و حاجوا بعضاكم و أحكوا و اتفقوا كيفاه تقتسموا الكعكة و لكن شوية حشمة لا تقولوا لنا طاولة حوار فكلمة الحوار أكبر منكم جميعا

أساهم أخي الفاضل بهذا النقل مع بعض التصرف في موضوعك

- صدر عن لجنة الحوار الوطني التي قالت للرأي العام إنها استقبلت السيد محمد السعيد واستمعت إليه في إطار الحوار الخاص بالإصلاحات السياسية، وأن اللجنة استقبلته بصفته الشخصية وليس كرئيس حزب سياسي غير معتمد! وكأن اللجنة قالت هذا الكلام حتى لا تتهمها وزارة الداخلية بالتحاور مع المشبوهين الذين ترفض الوزارة إعطاءهم رخصة إنشاء حزب سياسي! وتصوروا يا قراء جدية هذا الحوار الذي يستقبل أناسا لا تعطى لهم رخصة إنشاء الأحزاب ويؤخذ رأيهم في إنشاء الدستور الذي سيحكم الأمة! وقيل إن محمد السعيد استقبل بصفته مرشحا سابقا للرئاسة.. وبهذه الصفة سيتم استقبال شلبية لأنها مرشحة سابقة للرئاسة.. ولحزبها مشروع مهم أعلنته هي وزوجها للشباب الجزائري وهو إعادة فتح دور الدعارة في الجزائر!

- قالت لجنة الحوار إنها ستستقبل أيضا اللواء خالد نزار للاستماع إليه في موضوع الخروج من الأزمة! وأعتقد أن مساهمة نزار في هذا الحوار ستكون كبيرة ومهمة جدا إذا حمل للجنة مشروعا يشبه المشروع الذي طبقه سنة 1992 عند وقف المسار الانتخابي! خاصة وأنه سيستقبل من طرف الجنرال تواتي الذي كان أحد مهندسي قرارات 1992!

- اتصال رئيس حزب الأفالان الحاكم من أبيجان بساحل العاج بمقر حزبه للاطمئنان على حالة الحزب لأن جهات رسمية أبلغته بأن المناضلين سيهجمون على مقر الحزب في غيابه! ولذلك كلف أحد مساعديه باستحضار بلطجية بالعصي لحراسة الحزب وكلف رجال الأمن بسد المنافذ المؤدية للحزب في وجه المناضلين الغاضبين على الأمين العام! وعندما يصبح الحزب الحاكم يحمي مقره من مناضليه بالبلطجية وبالشرطة.. لكم أن تتصوروا جدية الحوار الذي سيقوده هذا الحزب وأمثاله لإنجاز الإصلاحات!

- إعلان سعيد سعدي أنه يعارض الحوار مع هذا النظام.. والحال أن سعدي كان عرّاب قيام هذا النظام سنة 1992 وسنة 1999 فما الذي جد حتى ينقلب سعدي على رفاقه.. ويرفض الحوار مع الجنرال تواتي؟!

- إبعاد آيت أحمد المعارض الوحيد لنفسه من هذا الحوار الذي وصفه بأنه ليس من الحوارات الجدية.. وإبعاد حمروش لنفسه من حوار الإصلاح هذا وهو الذي يعترف له الجميع بأنه رجل الإصلاحات التي تمت في عهده والتي يفتخر بها الجزائريون اليوم مثل إصلاحات الدستور والإعلام وقوانين الانتخابات! فهل يمكن أن تكون هناك جدية لحوار حول الإصلاحات دون الاستماع لحمروش وآيت أحمد؟! لسنا ندري.. لكن في الجزائر كل شيء ممكن!

لعلي أشارك بشىء من التقية وأجعل ما أريد التعليق عليه يتمثل في قول الشنفرى :
ولما لواه القوت من حيث أمه *** دعا فأجابته نظائر نحل.
هنا الشنفرى شبه نفسه وأصحابه بالذئاب الجائعة فالذئب لما يرى الطريدة يصيح فتأتي الذئاب الجائعة ويسهل افتراسها . الذئاب هم أولئك المتحاورين والطريدة هي الشعب الذي يهتز تارة يهتف للرئيس وتارة العكس . الله يرحم بوكروح عندما تحمس للتغيير وترشح للرئاسة فلم يقبله الشعب فقال حينها هذا غاشي وليس شعب .

الفاشلون لا يمكن أن ينتجوا إلا الفشل، لذلك من غير المجدي أن يرفع الجزائريون سقف توقعاتهم من نتائج مشاورات إصلاحية لديكور الديمقراطية الجزائرية الكسيحة، خاصة وأن من يرأسها كان على رأس أكبر حزب مزور في تاريخ الجزائر يوم قام بعملية التزوير الكبير
