طلب أحد كبار إطارات حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني من عضو قيادي في الحزب من إحدى ولايات الجنوب نقل عدد من ''البلطجية '' إلى العاصمة للتصدي لخصومه السياسيين خلال التجمع الذي نظم قرب المقر المركزي للأفالان، وفي سابقة ثانية نقل قيادي آخر من الحزب إلى العاصمة 3 عمال مفتولي العضلات من ذوي البشرة الســــمراء للمشاركة في الاعتصام، والمثـــــير هو أن العــمال الثلاثة ليسوا جزائريين بل رعايا دول إفريقية.



استفاقت أخيرا وزارة المالية بأن المسؤول المكلف بمنصب مدير مركزي للموارد البشرية بالمديرية العامة للجمارك الذي مكث في هذا المنصب مؤقتا 5 سنوات كاملة، بأنه موظف معين بمرسوم كمدير دراسات فقط، لكنه شغل منصب مدير مركزي بالنيابة طيلة هذه الفترة التي كان من المفروض أن لا تتجاوز أشهر قليلة ليتقرر بذلك إعادة النظر في سياسة التسيير المؤقت للمصلحة الأكثـر حساسية في الجهاز، ويجري حاليا البحث عن اسم ليخلف المسؤول المؤقت الحالي.

وجد العديد من المسجلين في الديوان الوطني للتعليم والتكوين عن بعد أنفسهم مقصين بطريقة آلية من امتحانات اختبار المستوى، لا لسبب سوى أن إدارة الديوان فرضت على هؤلاء سحب استدعاء اجتياز الامتحان النهائي عبر شبكة الأنترنيت، إلا أن العديد من هؤلاء عند ضغطهم على خانة الاستدعاء تظهر لهم عبارة ''سنتصل بكم لاحقا'' بسبب خلل تقني، فانتظر هؤلاء من إدارة المركز إصلاح الخلل أو إرسال استدعاءاتهم عبر البريد، إلا أن الامتحانات أجريت في الأسبوع الفارط، ولم يتمكنوا من حضورها بسبب خطأ خارج عن نطاقهم، فهل ستستدرك إدارة الديوان ذلك بتنظيمها دورة استدراكية لهؤلاء التلاميذ؟ أم أنها ستتعامل مع هذه الفضيحة وكأنها أمر عادي؟

مرّ شهر مارس دون أن يتحقق وعد وزير الأشغال العمومية، بتسليم شطر الطريق السيّار الرابط بين العاصمة والأخضرية في ولاية البويرة، وهو الوعد الذي ظل مئات الآلاف من الجزائريين يترقبون تجسيده على أحر من الجمر للتخلص من جحيم الطريق الوطني رقم .5 ويظهر أن عمار غول قد ''حفظ الدرس''، حيث بات يرفض تقديم تاريخ محدّد لتسليم الشطر المذكور حتى ''لا يتبهدل'' مرة أخرى، وبدلا من ذلك، راح يتحدث عن تسليمه ''خلال الصيف''. وأشد ما يخافه المواطن أن يمر الصيف دون أن يتحقق الوعد الثـاني للوزير. وعندئذ، سندخل، دون شك، مرحلة ''العلم لله'' عند أي حديث عن موعد جديد.

انتظر جمهور مدينة بوسعادة بولاية المسيلة، طويلا وصول خبير اقتصادي من العاصمة لإلقاء محاضرة حول الاقتصاد، لكنه لم يحضر. ويفترض في الخبراء أنهم يعرفون قيمة الوقت، لكن صاحبنا الذي كلف وفد لاستقباله على مشارف مدينة بوسعادة، لم يعتذر عن الغياب رغم تأكيده على الحضور. المهم أن المهتمين بالثقافة والاقتصاد عادوا أدراجهم وهم يتساءلون عن هذا الصنف الجديد من ''الخبراء'' الذين لا يفرقون بين الحضور والغياب.
