الأخضر الإبراهيمي يرشّح الجزائر والسعودية والمغرب لقيادة العالم العربي

دعا وزير الخارجية الأسبق، الأخضر الإبراهيمي، الجزائر إلى تبني موقف واضح من الأحداث الجارية بليبيا، مذكرا بالمواقف التاريخية للشعب الليبي إبان الثورة التحريرية، بدليل، كما أشار، ''الأموال الكبيرة والمساعدات المختلفة التي كانت تدخل التراب الجزائري عبر ليبيا، وبالتالي لابد من عدم الخلط بين النظام والشعب''. وحذر الإبراهيمي من أن النار التي تصيب ليبيا قد تصل في أي لحظة إلى الجزائر.
قال الدبلوماسي الأممي لخضر الإبراهيمي، أمس، في محاضرة بجامعة سطيف عن النظام العالمي الجديد، بأن السياسة الخارجية للجزائر خطت أشواطا كبيرة، غير أن ''موقفها الحالي من ليبيا يسوده الغموض الكبير، ولابد من إبداء رأي واضح من الفوضى التي تستغلها أطراف كثيرة لتمرير مشاريعها''، خاصة، كما ذكر، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي أفصحت، من خلال خطاب الرئيس أوباما الأخير، بأنها ''المهندس الحقيقي لها في العالم العربي''. وعن سياسة التكتلات التي صارت تسود العالم بأسره، استبعد الإبراهيمي ''أن يتكتل العرب في مواجهة قوى العالم، لأن جل الدول العربية تسعى إلى كسب ود أمريكا التي لا تزال القوة رقم واحد في العالم، ما جعل القضية الفلسطينية محل مساومات كبرى تفرض على كل القوى في الداخل الفلسطيني أن يتحمّلوا مسؤوليتهم في أخذ المبادرة وعدم الاتكال على العرب في العموم، لأن مصيرهم يبقى في أيديهم في وقت صارت إسرائيل وأمنها الرقم واحد في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، بالتوازي مع وجود منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية التي تركت وحدها في مواجهة رابع قوة عسكرية ومصدرة للتكنولوجيا''. وتحدث الإبراهيمي عن الإصلاحات التي تبناها رئيس الجمهورية في خطابه الأخير بالقول: ''يوجد في خطاب الرئيس كل شيء، غير أن البيروقراطية والتسرع في تطبيق ما جاء فيه هو عدو هذه الإصلاحات''.
من جهة أخرى، دعا الإبراهيمي إلى ''عدم الوثوق في قرارات الأمم المتحدة التي سيطرت عليها أمريكا وبعض الدول الكبرى''. ودعا في مقابل ذلك إلى الاقتداء بتركيا التي ''صارت القوة رقم 14 اقتصاديا بنسبة نمو تعادل 8 في المائة، أي بعد الصين مباشرة، وكذا بقوة السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية التي تمكنت من ولوج عالم الكبار وصار يحسب لها ألف حساب''. وأكد المبعوث الأممي السابق وصانع السلام أن الجزائر والمغرب والسعودية هي ''القادرة حاليا على قيادة العالم العربي، شرط ألا تدخل الحسابات الضيقة في سياساتها العامة''.
