عندى لكم 2 طرق سهلة وسريعة لعمل سلطة الفواكه

** عصير مانجو وفراولة مركز
** ايسكريم فراولة فانيليا مانجو **حسب الرغبة
** بودرة كاكاو

قطعي الفواكه المشكلة حسب الكمية التى تحتاجينها
الى مكعبات صغيرة ووزعيها فى كاسات التقديم طبقة بطبقة هي و الآيسكريم و زينيها بأوراق النعناع.

المقادير:
كعك بالكاكاو
كأس حليب
1 ياؤورت
5 ملاعق كبيره حليب بودره
2/1 ملعقة شاي فانيليا
4/1 كأس سكر
4 ملاعق كريم شونتيي
شرائح خوخ
كأس كريمه مخفوقه
ملعقتا طعام سكّر مطحون
كريمه مخفوقه
فواكهه طازجه مثل الخوخ والبرتقال والتوت وهكذا حسب الرغبه
طريقة التحضير:
فتتي الكعك وضعي كميه منه في كل كأس من كؤوس الحلو او الوعاء الكبير واكبسيه جيدا ،
رشي عليه قليلا من شراب الخوخ . اخلطي الحليب و الكريمة شانتيي و الياؤورت والحليب البودره
والسكر في طاسة متوسّطة واخفقيهما بمخفقة السلك حتى يصبح الخليط ناعم وسميك .
ضعي ملعقة من الخليط السابق على الفتات ومن ثم انثري عليه كميه من الفتات مره اخرى
واكبسيهم جيدا . رتّبي الخوخ أو البرتقال على الفتات . اخفقي الكريمه الطازجة والسكّر في
الخلاطة حتى تتشكل القمم المتصلّبه وزيني الطبق بها . رصي الفاكهة في الطبقة العليا ثم برّديها
من 2 إلى 4 ساعات وقدميها باردة
