فيليب كروازون يعتزم القيام برحلة حول قارات العالم



لا يكفيه أنه تمكن من عبور بحر "المانش" في عام 2010م، ولا تثنيه يداه وساقاه المبتورتين عن تحقيق أهدافه، فقد عقد الفرنسي فيليب كروازون العزم على قطع بحار القارات الخمس ومحيطاتها، غير مهتم لأسماك القرش أو قناديل البحر السامة، ولا حتى للتيارات الجليدية ولا سفن الشحن، هو من وضع التحدي وعازم على خوضه.
وكان فيليب كروازون (43 عامًا)، الذي بترت يداه وساقاه في حادث كهربائي قبل 17 عامًا، قد بدأ منذ نحو عام استعداداته لعبور مئات الكيلومترات سباحةً، في المياه التي تربط القارات الخمس، ما بين مايو/أيار وأغسطس/آب.
وقال كروازون، الذي يرافقه في رحلته بطل السباحة للمسافات الطويلة أرنو شاسري (34 عامًا): "إن عبوري لبحر "المانش" كان رسالةَ أمل وحياة إلى كل رفاقي في المأساة".
وأضاف كروازون -وهو أب لطفلين- "مع هذا التحدي، ننوي القيام بعمل من أجل السلام والتضامن والمشاركة مع كل من يعانون من إعاقة، من كافة الأعراق والثقافات والخلفيات الاجتماعية".
وكان الأطباء قد اضطروا إلى بتر ساقي كروازون، عندما صعقه تيار كهربائي بقوة 20 ألف فولت في عام 1994م، عندما كان يحاول تفكيك هوائي تلفزيوني من سطح منزل.
وعندما كان يتماثل للشفاء في المستشفى، شاهد فيلمًا وثائقيًا عن عابر لبحر "المانش"، وولد لديه الطموح، فاستخدم أعضاءً اصطناعيةً مجهزةً بزعانف للتمكن من عبور "المانش".
وفي الجولة الأولى من رحلتهما المقررة، سيقوم الرجلان بالسباحة حوالي 20 كيلومترًا في المحيط الهادئ، ما بين ووتونج وهي منطقة صيد معزولة في بابوا غينيا الجديدة وقرية ساحلية أخرى في إندونيسيا.
وسيواجه السباحان تيارات قوية في المياه هناك، التي تعتبر موطن أسماك القرش وقناديل البحر "إيروكاندجي" عالية السمية، التي بإمكانها أن تفتك شخصًا في أقل من 20 دقيقةً إذا لم تُعالج الجروح التي تسببت بها.
وإذا ما سارت الأمور بحسب المخطط، سيقوم الرجلان بالسباحة لمسافة 25 كيلومترًا في يونيو/حزيران في خليج العقبة، من الأردن وحتى الساحل المصري.
وفي الشهر المقبل، يواصل كروازون وشاسري التنقل بين القارات، من إفريقيا إلى أوروبا عبر مضيق جبل طارق، المكتظ بسفن الشحن.
أما الحدث الأكثر إثارةً، فيحتفظ به لنهاية الرحلة في أغسطس/آب، وهو عبور مضيق برينج، الذي يفصل روسيا عن القارة الأسيوية؛ حيث سيقوم الرجلان بالسباحة لحوالي 10 كيلومترات في مياه تقارب حرارتها الصفر.
وقال كروازون: "منذ عبوري لبحر "المانش"، تلقيت قصصًا مؤثرةً عن أناس من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من جميع أنحاء العالم، أعلم أنني منحت الأمل لكثيرين".
وأضاف "أما المكافأة الأكثر روعةً، فقد تلقيتها في مدرسة روين (فرنسا)؛ حيث ألقيت خطابًا عن مغامرتي، فقال لي تلميذ في الثانية عشر من عمره: "سيدي، لقد كسبت تحديًا كبيرًا، وأود أن أحصل على تحدٍ مماثل". فسأله كروازون "ما هو هذا التحدي؟" فأجاب الفتى "أود أن أعانقك". وتابع البطل الفرنسي "ضممته إلى صدري، كان الفتى يبكي.. وأنا كذلك!"
