بريطانيا وفرنسا تقرران إرسال مروحيات عسكرية إلى ليبيا


اعلن وزير الدفاع الفرنسي جيرار لونجيه الاثنين في بروكسل ان بريطانيا قررت بعد فرنسا ارسال حاملة مروحيات الى قبالة الشواطىء الليبية للقيام بغارات جوية اكثر دقة على مواقع قوات القذافي.

وقال الوزير الفرنسي للصحافيين على هامش اجتماع مع نظرائه الاوروبيين في بروكسل ان "البريطانيين، الذين يملكون وسائل مشابهة لوسائلنا، سيشاركون ايضا" بنشر مروحيات في المنطقة.
واضاف الوزير "كلما بكرنا كلما كان ذلك افضل، هذا ما يراه البريطانيون وهذا ما ناقشناه للتو مع زميلي البريطاني" جيرالد هوارث وزير الدولة للشؤون الاستراتيجية والامن الدولي.
واوضح "اننا بكل وضوح مع تمديد القرار 1973" الذي يجيز التدخل في ليبيا والذي "يتمثل في ضرب قوات القذافي التي تهدد المدنيين".
وكان وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه اعلن الاثنين في بروكسل ان فرنسا سترسل مروحيات قتالية الى ليبيا لشن ضربات ميدانية "اكثر دقة" في اطار عمليات التحالف الدولي في هذا البلد.
وقال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي الان جوبيه للصحافيين في بروكسل ان المروحيات ستسمح "بتكييف افضل لقدراتنا في القصف الميداني بوسائل اكثر دقة".
واشار جوبيه الى ان مشاركة المروحيات القتالية تدخل "تماما في اطار القرار" 1973 الصادر عن مجلس الامن الدولي الذي سمح باستخدام القوة لحماية المدنيين في ليبيا.
وفي 17 ماي غادرت تولون (جنوب) السفينة الحربية "بي بي سي تونير" المخصصة للقصف والقيادة والتي تجمع بين مهام حاملة مروحيات ومستشفى ونقل جنود ووضع وسائل هجومية برمائية وقيادة.
وبحسب صحيفة لوفيغارو الفرنسية، فان على متن سفينة "تونير" 12 مروحية من الطيران الخفيف في سلاح البر. وقالت الصحيفة ان "المروحيات على متن تونير ستشارك في المعارك" في ليبيا.
وسفن "بي بي سي" يمكن ان تقل 750 جنديا و16 مروحية من نوع "تيغر" او "ان اتش 90" (12 طنا) اضافة الى نحو ستين الية مدرعة.
وبعد شهرين على العملية الجوية للتحالف الدولي بقيادة الحلف الاطلسي في ليبيا، في التاسع عشر من مارس، سيسمح تدخل المروحيات القتالية باستهداف بعض الاهداف العائدة لقوات الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي والتي لا تستطيع الطائرات الحربية تدميرها بسبب المخاطر من اضرار جانبية.
