بين الديمقراطية والتخصص والمناهج!

لا اخفى عيك ، واحكم كما تشاء، انى اختنق من كلمات الديمقراطية والمناهج و التخصص! كلها عندي بمثابة 130 عاما من الاستعمار و يوما زفتيا بين صطيف وخراطة وقالمة و سنين طويلة بين السجون والحروب وعشر سنوات من الإرهاب...
عندما اذهب الى الطبيب المتخصص وأشكو له ألما في القالون ينسي وجودي وكياني كانسان ، ولا يراني إلا انبوبا ملتهبا يحتاج لعلاج مكثف ... فينهال علي بالمضادات الحيوية والالتهابية والكرتزون الى ان يرميني في زاوية معزولة محرومة من الحركة و الاكل والشرب... فلا يبالي لا بما يصيب كبدي وقلبي ومعدتي ولا بما يخل بتوازني وأعصابي... ومن ثم اصبحت اتحسس من التخصص كيف ما كان نوعه.
وإذا حاولت ان اسلط علي موضوع من مواضيعي احد المناهج، فإذا كان الموضوع صغيرا تمزق وتلاشى وأصبح كل شيء إلا ما اقصده ... اما اذا كان الموضوع اكبر من المنهج تمزق المنهج وتشوه الموضوع وأصبح ك (أولك ) العجيب يجر اطمراه في منظر غريب... من هنا ارفض المناهج التي تولد من اجل غير مواضيعي.
اما عن الديمقراطية فحدث ولا حرج !
قال روسو منذ قرنين: تتحقق الوحدة الاخلاقية والسياسية للوطن الذي يصبح دولة قانون تعبر لتلك القوانين التي يصنعها الشعب .( بتصرف)
فهل نحن في مستوى التطلع لمواطنين يصنعون القوانين وهم مشرعين وخاضعين لها ؟هل كل مواطن مواطنا حقا بتصرفاته ؟
فليسال كل واحد منا نفسه : هل أنا، بتصرفي اقوم بواجبي كمواطن حقا؟ لو كان في استطاعتي ان اختار مديرا لادارة الامور هل اختار الافضل والاصلح؟هل اعتمد على الكفاءة والاخلاق دون النظر الى الانتماءات المختلفة ؟اعترف – لو كنت صادقا - اننى لست كذالك وليس هذا في وعيي لانى لا زال وعيي خاضعا لمواقف تدوس ضميري ولا تخدم مصلحة بلادي!
ان فشلت الدمقراطية احيانا في بلادى يعود في الواقع الي أنني لست في مستوي الرقي لا كفرد ولا كمجتمع!
وحتى بعض الاحزاب لا زالت تنصب نفسها كزعيم او حاكم للبلاد لأنها وجدت الغفلة والغباوة ومن هنا كل تصرفاتنا تبرر حق التجاوز في حقنا وهذه الاحزاب هي منا فينا واعضاء هذا الحزب او ذاك هم من ابنائنا الذين ربينا وعلمنا...!
ان المذاهب الموروثة هي التى تتحكم في ذهنيتنا ( ولا اقول في عقولنا) وكانها فرض عين منزل دون ان نخضعها للنقد والتنقيح ..وبقدر استسلامنا للتقاليد والاعراف بقدر ما نصنع ونستسلم ونستغل الاوضاع لرغباتنا.
فإذا جاءنا ديمقراطي، عاش في اميركا واكل من علومهم ومعارفهم وشبع من دولارهم ، وقدم الينا ليجلس في الفوق ويحدثنا من هناك عن نوع من الديمقراطية لا نعرف نهايتها ، قد ينقلب حديثه الي لغو لا يسمع ولا يفهم ... لا نطلب منه ان ينزل الي مستوانا ولكن على الاقل يمد لنا يده كي نفقه قوله وإذا عجزنا عن فهمه نجره لنحدثه بما في بطوننا
في حال ديمقراطية الاقوياء هذه التي نجهل اواخرها في بلادنا، نفضل ان نحتفظ بديمقراطيتنا علي الاقل نعرف محاسنها ومساوئها ويمكن ان نعالجها بالتجربة .
ان بلادنا بدأت طريقها من الصفر واستطاعت ، بالمعانات ، ان تصل الى ما وصلت االيه بكفاءتها الخاصة وحسبها فخرا ان مفكرا المانيا كبيرا يقول: ‘‘الجزائر هي البد الوحيد من بين الدول النامية التي استطاعت ان تصل الي حرية القرارات ‘‘
اعتقد اننا لا نريد ديمقراطية تفرض علينا و تجرنا الي الواد الذي سقط فيه العراق وغيره من البلدان : من دولة المؤسسات الي دولة الطوائف ومن دولة العلم والمعرفة الي دولة العصر الحجري.... لا نرغب في ديمقراطية بوش الشريرة وعولمته الكاسحة ولا حتى ديمقراطية( أوبام ا حسين؟ ) الذي خدعنا بالله وانخدعنا له ، دخل علينا بالسلام عليكم وأبي إلا ان يلتقي بالأحزاب الاسلامية ليضلل طريقنا وفي الاخير وقف ضد قضيتنا الاولي... وقف في طريق فلسطين كي لا تذهب لتشتكى الظلم والعدوان... ارادها تضرب ولا تصرخ وتبكى ولا تشتكى...
كل ما نريده ، الان، هو ديمقراطية تبنى مستقبلا بالعدالة الاجتماعية والأمن من الخوف والإطعام من الجوع كما نريد صنع ثروة واقتصاد قوي... كما نرغب في حسن تسيير ثرواتنا ومواردنا المادية والبشرية والعناية بالوطن من شرقه الي غربه ومن شماله الي جنوبه. كما نطمح ان تتمطط هذه العناية لتشمل حدود قوميتنا من المحيط الي الخليج ... ثم تتمدد لتشمل الاهتمام بالفقراء والمحقرين في افريقيا والعالم كله ...

مشكورة على الموضوع الشيق والمشكل ليس في الديمقراطية والتخصص والمناهج فحسب فهم الى جانب كل هذا يضيفون الشراكة والخوصة والمؤسسات ودولة القانون بمعنى انهم يعرفون كل شيء ولايريدون لكل هاته المفاهيم ان تتجسد .

الديمقراطية كلمة مغرية مغنى بها من الجميع خاصة الساسة ،بل غزت حتى التعليم والأسرة وال....
فالمشكلة ليست في راس هرم اللمجتمع فقط ،بل في القاعدة بداية من تعاملنا داخل اسرنا ،وشوارعنا ومؤسساتنا و....حتى مع أنفسنا،لاأحد يمنح لآخر سلوك ديمقراطي ،بل الكل إن اراد يكون مايريد،لكننا نرى غيرنا أكثر من ذاتنا.
الحضارة منظومة فمرية تولد في أرض ،وليست مجرد استيراد كلمات رنانة.
