مصر تفتح معبر رفح بشكل دائم

قررت مصر فتح معبر رفح ابتداء من يوم السبت القادم بشكل دائم ما عدا الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية للدولة المصرية وذلك من التاسعة صباحا وحتى الخامسة مساء يوميا في إطار الإجراءات التي اتخذتها السلطات المصرية لتسهيل حركة مرور المواطنين الفلسطينيين من المنافذ المصرية.
وذكرت وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط المصرية الرسمية أن فتح المعبر يأتي في إطار الجهود المصرية لإنهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني وإتمام المصالحة الوطنية.
وأشارت الوكالة إلى أنه وفقا لقرار بهذا الشأن يتم تطبيق آلية دخول الفلسطينيين إلى البلاد من كافة المنافذ البرية والجوية، التي كان معمولا بها قبل عام 2007.
وأضافت الوكالة أن هذه الآلية تنص على الإعفاء من شرط الحصول على تأشيرة مسبقة للفلسطينيات بمختلف أعمارهن، وللذكور ممن هم أقل من 18 عاما أو أكثر من 40 عاما.
كما تنص الآلية على الإعفاء للقادمين للدراسة بموجب شهادات قيد معتمدة من الجامعات المصرية، والقادمين عبر منفذ رفح البري للعلاج بموجب تحويل طبي، والأبناء القادمين برفقة والديهم المعفيين من شرط الحصول على تأشيرة مسبقة.
وتنص كذلك على إعفاء لمرور الأسر الفلسطينية القادمة من قطاع غزة والمتجهة إليه مع ضرورة حملهم جوازات سفر فلسطينية وهويات مناطق السلطة الفلسطينية، وتأشيرات دخول للدول المتوجهين إليها بالنسبة للقادمين من قطاع غزة.
ويشترط في كافة تلك الحالات، حمل الفلسطينيين جوازات سفر فلسطينية وإقامة وعودة من الدول القادمين منها، لا تقل عن ستة أشهر "إذا كانوا يحملون وثائق سفر تلك الدول".
وتتولى السفارة الفلسطينية في مصر بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، نقل الرعايا الفلسطينيين الذين لا تنطبق عليهم تعليمات الدخول السابقة الإشارة إليها من قطاع غزة وإليه.
من جهة أخرى أشارت الوكالة إلى أنه "تقرر استمرار تطبيق القواعد الخاصة بدخول الفلسطينيين القادمين من ليبيا نتيجة للظروف الحالية والتي تقضي بالحصول على تأشيرة دخول مسبقة لكافة الفئات العمرية".
يشار إلى أن هذه المبادرة تمثل علامة أخرى على التغيير في السياسة المصرية بعد الإطاحة بالرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك الذي كانت حكومته تتعاون مع إسرائيل في فرض الحصار على قطاع غزة الذي تديره حركة المقاومة الإسلامية .
ولم تكن مصر تفتح معبر رفح الحدودي في عهد مبارك إلا بشكل متقطع للسماح بدخول الغذاء والدواء أو لعبور الأفراد وأغلبهم من طالبي العلاج أو المسافرين للدراسة. واستمر هذا النظام بشكل عام منذ تنحي مبارك في 11 فيفري الماضي.
