http://www.alrafidayn.com/images/stories/ali-allami.jpgبغداد : افاد مصدر في الشرطة العراقية، مساء الخميس، بأن رئيس هيئة المساءلة والعدالة علي اللامي قتل بإطلاق النار عليه من قبل مجهولين على الطريق السريع الواصل إلى شرق بغداد.

اغتال مسلحون مجهولون مساء الخميس المدير التنفيذي لهيئة المساءلة والعدالة الخاصة باجتثاث عناصر حزب البعث،
وقال مصدر في وزارة الداخلية ان "مسلحين مجهولين اغتالوا علي اللامي المدير التنفيذي لهيئة المساءلة والعدالة مستخدمين اسلحة مزودة بكواتم للصوت عندما كان داخل سيارته في منطقة القناة" شرق بغداد.
واكد مسؤول امني عراقي رفيع المستوى في جهاز مكافحة الارهاب لفرانس برس مقتل اللامي بايدي المسلحين. وقال السياسي القريب من المدير التنفيذي للهيئة انتفاض قنبر ان اللامي "كان متوجها من شارع فلسطين نحو منزله في شرق بغداد حين اعترض مسلحون سيارته التي كان يقودها شقيقه بعدما كانوا يتتبعونها لفترة".
واضاف ان المسلحين "اطلقوا النار على راس اللامي، وقد اعلنت وفاته بعد وصوله الى المستشفى بحوالى عشرين دقيقة".
ومنعت هيئة المساءلة والعدالة عدة مئات من المرشحين المشاركة في الانتخابات التشريعية التي جرت في السابع من مارس/اذار 2010، بدعوى ارتباطهم بحزب البعث. وتعرضت الهيئة الى انتقادات حادة وخصوصا ان مديرها التنفيذي علي اللامي والمشرف عليها احمد الجلبي شاركا في الانتخابات التشريعية.
واللامي الذي ولد في العام 1964، اب لستة اولاد ويحمل شهادتين جامعيتين في الرياضيات. وعين مديرا تنفيذيا لهيئة المساءلة والعدالة في شباط/فبراير 2004. ويقول قنبر ان الضحية رفض الانضمام الى حزب البعث ايام نظام صدام حسين، وقد اعتقل عدة مرات خلال فترة النظام السابق. وتاتي عملية الاغتيال هذه في وقت تشهد البلاد تصاعدا تدريجيا في اعمال العنف والاغتيال، وذلك قبل اشهر قليلة من انسحاب القوات الاميركية من العراق والمقرر بنهاية العام الحالي.
