القذافي يختبئ في المستشفيات

القذافي يظهر على التلفزيون الرسمي في لقاء قيل إنه مع قادة من المناطق الشرقية

أفادت تقارير استخبارية بريطانية نقلت إلى رئيس الحكومة ديفد كاميرون بأن العقيد معمر القذافي أضحى شديد الارتياب، ويختبئ في المستشفيات ليلا، وأن كبار قادته لا يستطيعون التواصل معا.

وقالت صحيفة ذي غارديان إن تقارير جهاز الأمن الخارجي البريطاني (MA6) التي أحيلت إلى مجلس الأمن القومي التابع للحكومة هذا الأسبوع، دفعت كاميرون إلى التصديق على تصعيد الهجمات، وذلك عبر الموافقة على نشر طائرات أباتشي بهدف قتل قادة النظام وتدمير مقدراتهم في الأماكن السكنية.

وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن قرار استخدام طائرات أباتشي –الذي سربته مصادر فرنسية- قد تأكد في قمة اجتماع دول الثماني في فرنسا.

وذكرت أن القذافي تقدم بمبادرة لوقف إطلاق النار وفتح حوار مع الثوار يهدف إلى تشكيل حكومة دستورية وتعويض ضحايا الصراع، غير أن المبادرة قوبلت بالتشكيك من قبل أميركا وبعض الدول الأوروبية.

وقالت ذي غارديان إن طائرات الأباتشي التي ستنضم إلى جانب طائرات فرنسية ستعمل تحت إدارة حلف شمال الأطلسي ، مشيرة إلى أنها تستطيع التحليق على ارتفاع ألف قدم (نحو 304 أمتار) وتطلق صواريخ ذكية تعتمد على التتبع الحراري، وقادرة على تدمير منظومة واسعة من الأهداف.

وتتطلب هذه الطائرات تنسيقا مع قوات على الأرض سواء كانت بريطانية أو ليبية تابعة للثوار.

ويتم اللجوء إلى هذه الطائرات نظرا لأن القذافي يحاول أن يخفي عتاده ومقدراته في المباني السكنية التي يمكن أن تقصف فقط بطائرات التورنيدو ويخلف قصفها خسائر كبيرة في أوساط المدنيين.

مصادر دبلوماسية بريطانية أوضحت أن ثمة صلة بين التصعيد العسكري ضد القذافي وتقييم الحالة العقلية له، "فكلما اعتقد القذافي أن الأمور لا تجري في صالحه، كان الوضع أفضل".

وأضافت المصادر أن ما يفعله القذافي هو الانتقال من مكان لا نقصفه إلى مكان آخر لا نقصفه أيضا، "وأن تحركه من مكان إلى آخر يظهر قلقه ممن يعلم أنهم يعرفون مكانه".

واللافت –تقول المصادر- أن القذافي يتنقل من مستشفى إلى آخر، "ولدينا شعور بأن معظم كبار رجاله توقفوا عن استخدام هواتفهم المحمولة خشية التنصت عليهم، وهذا يؤثر على قدرتهم على التواصل".

وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن التصعيد البريطاني ضد القذافي يهدف إلى انتزاع ما يمكن انتزاعه من عروض جادة من القذافي بوقف إطلاق النار.

ولكنها قالت إن الخطر الضمني للتصعيد البريطاني يكمن في أنه سيكون من السهل اغتيال القذافي، غير أن وزير الخارجية الفرنسي آلان جوبيه أكد أنه لا توجد نية بذلك، قائلا "لا نريد أن نقتل القذافي، لأننا لسنا قتلة".
