أعلن وزير التربية الوطنية بوبكر بن بوزيد أمس، أن الإعلان عن نتائج (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)سيتم هذا الموسم عبر التعليق العادي للقوائم فقط دون الاستعانة بأي متعامل للهاتف النقال، معترفا بأن هيئته تسرعت في اعتماد الموسم الماضي أحد متعاملي الهاتف النقال.

ولمح الوزير خلال تفقده مدى تقدم عملية رقمنة التسيير البيداغوجي والإداري، إلى الضجة التي صاحبت الإعلان عن قائمة الناجحين في شهادة البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)السنة الماضية، بسبب نشر بعض الأسماء عبر خدمة الهاتف النقال، ليتبين فيما بعد بأن أصحابها رسبوا في تلك الامتحانات، مما دفع بأوليائهم إلى الاحتجاج لعدة شهور، ويتعلق الأمر بـ17 طالبا كانوا يزاولون دراستهم بثانوية الشيخ بوعمامة "ديكارت" بالعاصمة، تم الإعلان عن أسمائهم عن طريق متعامل الهاتف النقال موبيليس، لكنهم لم يجدوا أسمائهم ضمن قائمة الناجحين على مستوى الثانويات التي كانوا يدرسون بها.
وشن الأولياء آنذاك حملة ضد وزارة التربية وحملوها المسؤولية كاملة، كما أعلنوا عن رفع دعوى قضائية ضد الديوان الوطني للامتحانات والمسابقات، وراسلوا أيضا رئيس الجمهورية ودعوه إلى فتح تحقيق في ما وصفوه بقضية الاحتيال التي تعرض لها أبناؤهم، كما استقبلهم وزير التربية أبو بكر بوزيد الذي أحال الملف على الأمين العام (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)للوزارة، الذي تنقل بدوره مع ممثلي الأولياء إلى ديوان المسابقات، حيث أكد مديره بأن الديوان لم يسلم قائمة الناجحين في البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)الخاصة لشركة موبيليس (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)للهاتف النقال.
كما أعلن حينها وزير البريد موسى بن حمادي بأن هيئته غير مسؤولة على نشر أسماء راسبين في البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)على أساس أنهم ناجحين، وقال بأن ديوان المسابقات هو الذي أخطأ في الأرقام بسبب تشابهها، وكان بو بوزيد بدوره هدد السنة الماضية بعدم الاعتماد مستقبلا على موبيليس (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)في الإعلان عن نتائج (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)هو ما عمل على تنفيذه هذا الموسم.
علما أن وزارة التربية الوطنية دأبت منذ حوالي خمس سنوات تقريبا على الإعلان عن نتائج (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)البكالوريا (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)عن طريق شركة موبيليس (http://www.eshamel.net/vb/showthread.php?t=27999)للهاتف النقال، وذلك قبل تعليق القوائم بالثانويات، ويبدو أن بن بوزيد قرر هذا الموسم التخلي عن هذه الطريقة تفاديا لحدوث أية مشاكل مع الأولياء، عن طريق العودة مجددا إلى الأسلوب الكلاسيكي الذي كان معمولا به منذ سنوات، وهو الإعلاء عن قوائم الناجحين على مستوى الثانويات لا غير.
وقام مدير التربية للجزائر الوسطى سليمان مصباح في المناسبة ذاتها باستعراض مدى تقدم رقمنة التسيير على مستوى هيئته، وهي عملية ستمكن الأولياء من الحصول على كافة المعطيات المتعلقة بأبنائهم المتمدرسين عبر كامل المؤسسات التربوية للجزائر الوسطى، من بينها النقاط المتحصل عليها والرزنامة المدرسية بالإضافة إلى الكشوف الفصلية، وذلك عن طريق تزويد الأولياء بشيفرة المؤسسة وكلمة المرور الخاصة بالتلاميذ، في وقت تسعى وزارة التربية لتعميم العملية على كافة المؤسسات التربوية عبر الوطن.
