عباس: لا نسعى لعزل إسرائيل

قال الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس إن الفلسطينيين لا يسعون لعزل إسرائيل ونزع الشرعية عنها، مجددا تمسكه باللجوء إلى الأمم المتحدة للحصول على الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية إذا لم يتم التوصل إلى ذلك عبر المفاوضات مع الجانب الإسرائيلي.
وأضاف عباس أن عزل إسرائيل غير ممكن على الإطلاق، مؤكدا أن الفلسطينيين يريدون التعايش معها لا نزع الشرعية عنها.
وأشار عباس في مقابلة مع رويترز لدى وصوله العاصمة القطرية الدوحة للمشاركة في اجتماع لجنة المتابعة العربية لمبادرة السلام، إلى ذهابه إلى الأمم المتحدة في سبتمبر/أيلول المقبل من أجل الحصول على الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية إذا فشلت المفاوضات في تحقيق هذا الأمر.
أما بالنسبة لاجتماع لجنة المتابعة العربية، قال عباس إن الحديث سيتركز على المساعي الدولية لحل قضية الشرق الأوسط انطلاقا من الخطابات التي ألقاها الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو.
كما سيتم استعراض الخطوات التي سيقوم بها الفلسطينيون والتي تتمثل في الإصرار على المفاوضات كطريق أساسي للحل والذهاب إلى الأمم المتحدة في حال الفشل.


أوباما ونتنياهو
وكان أوباما ونتنياهو انتقدا الخطوة التي تبدو صعبة المنال بسبب معارضة واشنطن القوية للاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية.
وقال أوباما في خطابه الأسبوع الماضي إن الدولة الفلسطينية المستقبلية يجب أن تكون على حدود 1967 مع تبادل الأراضي، لكنه سرعان ما أوضح موقفه الذي رفضه نتنياهو، معتبرا أن تبادل الأراضي بين إسرائيل وفلسطين يعني أن الحدود الجديدة ستختلف عن حدود 67 للأخذ في الاعتبار "الواقع السكاني الجديد".
يذكر أن فلسطين لا تملك حق التصويت في الأمم المتحدة بل هي توجد بصفة مراقب.


المصالحة الفلسطينية
في موضوع منفصل، أوضح عباس أنه سيعرض على الاجتماع أيضا اتفاق المصالحة الفلسطينية التي اعتبرها حاجة وطنية ملحة، ولفت إلى أن الدول العربية ودولا كثيرة أيدت هذه المصالحة، بينما وبدون سبب اعترضت إسرائيل.
وعن التباين في الموقف الأوروبي والأميركي من عملية المصالحة الفلسطينية، قال عباس إن الموقف الأوروبي كان متفهما لموضوع المصالحة أما الموقف الأميركي فيحتاج إلى مزيد من التوضيح على الرغم من أن أوباما في خطابه قال إنه سينتظر أسابيع أو شهورا ليحكم على نتيجة المصالحة ومضمونها والحكومة التي سيتم تشكيلها.
وخلص عباس إلى أنه ستكون هناك محادثات في الضفة الغربية بعد التي جرت في القاهرة وموسكو من أجل تبادل الآراء بشأن تشكيل الحكومة التي ستكون مستقلة من التكنوقراط ولا علاقة لها بأي تنظيم من الناحية البنيوية أو السياسية "وستتبع سياستي التي هي سياسة منظمة التحرير".
