روسيا تتخلى عن القذافي وطرابلس تقول إنها "غير معنية" بقرارات قمة مجموعة الثماني


إزدادت الضغوط الدولية على طرابلس بعد أن قررت روسيا أمس الجمعة التخلي عن العقيد القذافي، فيما صرح الرئيس ديمتري مدفيديف أنه سيرسل مبعوثا إلى طرابلس لحث القذافي على الرحيل. من جهتها أعلنت طرابلس أنها غير معنية بقرارات قمة مجموعة الثماني.
شهد النزاع الليبي الجمعة تطورا سياسيا هاما مع قرار روسيا التخلي عن العقيد معمر القذافي واحتمال الانتقال في المستوى العسكري الى "مرحلة جديدة" مع نشر مروحيات هجومية بريطانية الى جانب مروحيات فرنسية.
وابقى النظام الليبي على سياسة التحدي قائلا انه "غير معني" بالقرارات الصادرة عن قمة مجموعة الثماني في فرنسا ورافضا الوساطة التي اقترحتها موسكو لاخراج البلاد من نزاع اودى بآلاف القتلى خلال ثلاثة اشهر.
لكن مصير القذافي كان على بساط البحث الجمعة، وقد يأخذ النزاع ربما منعطفا جديدا بعيدا عن الجبهة.
ففي دوفيل شمال غرب فرنسا حيث عقدت قمة مجموعة الثماني خسر الزعيم الليبي حليفا هاما حين انضم الرئيس الروسي ديمتري مدفيديف الى موقف الغربيين المطالبين برحيله.
وقال الرئيس الروسي "العالم لم يعد يعتبره (القذافي) زعيم ليبيا".
وكانت روسيا امتنعت عن التصويت على قرار مجلس الامن الدولي رقم 1973 الذي اجاز الضربات الدولية على طرابلس غير انه كان يرفض دعم دعوات الولايات المتحدة وفرنسا لرحيل القذافي.
وقال الرئيس الاميركي باراك اوباما الجمعة بدوفيل ان التحالف "سينجز العمل" في ليبيا في حين قبلت روسيا توقيع البيان الختامي لقمة مجموعة الثماني الذي اكد ان القذافي "فقد كل شرعية" وانه "لا مستقبل له في ليبيا حرة وديموقراطية وعليه ان يرحل".
بالمقابل اكد الرئيس الروسي انه عرض على شركائه في مجموعة الثماني "وساطته" في النزاع الليبي واعلن انه ارسل مبعوثا الى بنغازي معقل التمرد الليبي.
وفي طرابلس، قال مساعد وزير الخارجية الليبي خالد الكعيم بعدما انضمت روسيا الى الدعوات لتنحي القذافي في ختام قمة مجموعة الثماني الجمعة في فرنسا، ان الاخيرة "قمة اقتصادية، نحن غير معنيين بقراراتها".
وعن عرض الرئيس الروسي ديمتري مدفيديف القيام بوساطة في النزاع الليبي، اضاف الكعيم "نحن لم نطلع على الموقف الروسي بشكل رسمي، نحن بصدد الاتصال بالحكومة الروسية للاستفسار عن المعلومات التي رأيناها في الصحافة".
