التذكير بمشروعية الإسرار في مناصحة الأمير

الشيخ علي الحدادي – حفظه الله – : الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه أما بعد .. فإن منزلة النصيحة في الإسلام منزلة عظيمة حتى قال صلى الله عليه وسلم (الدين النصيحة) رواه مسلم ومن النصيحة المتعينة النصيحة لولاة الأمور فهم من أولى الناس بها لعظيم مكانتهم وكبير حقهم ولقوة أثرهم في الرعية ولكثرة الأسباب التي تزين لهم الباطل وتصدهم عن الحق.

وحتى تؤتي النصيحة ثمرتها المرجوة منها ويسلم الناصح من مغبة استغلال أهل الفتن لها فقد وجه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الناصح أن يسرها ونهاه أن يعلنها فعن شريح بن عبيد رضي الله تعالى عنه قال قال عياض بن غنم لهشام بن حكيم ألم تسمع بقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (من أراد أن ينصح لذي سلطان فلا يبده علانية ولكن يأخذ بيده فيخلو به فإن قبل منه فذاك وإلا كان قد أدى الذي عليه). رواه ابن أبي عاصم. وهذا المعنى هو ما فهمه أسامة بن زيد رضي الله عنه فقد قيل له: ألا تدخل على عثمان فتكلمه؟ فقال: أترون أني لا أكلمه إلا أسمعكم والله لقد كلمته فيما بيني وبينه ما دون أن أفتتح أمراً لا أحب أن أكون أول من فتحه. متفق عليه واللفظ لمسلم قال النووي رحمه الله موضحا قصد أسامة (قوله “أفتتح أمراً لا أحب أن أكون أول من افتتحه” يعنى المجاهرة بالإنكار على الأمراء في الملأ)

وقال العلامة ابن سعدي رحمه الله في النصيحة لأئمة المسلمين : ” وعلى من رأى منهم ما لا يحل أن ينبههم سراً لا علناً بلطف وعبارة تليق بالمقام ويحصل بها المقصود، فإن هذا مطلوب في حق كل أحد وبالأخص ولاة الأمور، فإن تنبيههم على هذا الوجه فيه خير كثير، وذلك علامة الصدق والإخلاص، واحذر أيها الناصح لهم على هذا الوجه المحمود أن تفسد نصيحتك بالتمدح عند الناس فتقول لهم إني نصحتهم وقلت وقلت فإن هذا عنوان الرياء وعلامة ضعف الإخلاص، وفيه أضرار أخر معروفة ” الرياض الناضرة.

وقال شيخ الإسلام محمد بن عبد الوهاب رحمه الله في نصيحة له لبعض الناس: (والجامع لهذا كله أنه إذا صدر المنكر من أمير أو غيره أن ينصح برفق خفية ما يشرف عليه أحد فإن وافق وإلا استلحق عليه رجلاً يقبل منه بخفية فإن لم يفعل فيمكن الإنكار ظاهراً إلا إن كان على أمير ونصحه ولا وافق واستلحق عليه ولا وافق فيرفع الأمر إلينا خفية) تاريخ ابن غنام.

وقال الشوكاني رحمه الله : (ينبغي لمن ظهر له غلط الإمام في بعض المسائل أن يناصحه ولا يظهر الشناعة عليه على رؤوس الأشهاد، بل كما ورد في الحديث أنه يأخذ بيده و يخلو به ويبذل له النصيحة ولا يذل سلطان الله) السيل الجرار .

وقال الشيخ عبد العزيز بن باز رحمه الله(ليس من منهج السلف التشهير بعيوب الولاة وذكر ذلك على المنابر، لأن ذلك يفضي إلى الانقلابات، وعدم السمع والطاعة في المعروف، ويفضي إلى الخروج الذي يضر ولا ينفع، ولكن الطريقة المتبعة عند السلف النصيحة فيما بينهم وبين السلطان، والكتابة إليه، أو الاتصال بالعلماء الذين يتصلون به حتى يوجه إلى الخير وإنكار المنكر يكون من دون ذكر الفاعل، فينكر الزنى وينكر الخمر وينكر الربا من دون ذكر من فعله، ويكفي إنكار المعاصي والتحذير منها من غير أن فلانا يفعلها، لا حاكم ولا غير حاكم. ولما وقعت الفتنة في عهد عثمان، قال بعض الناس لأسامة بن زيد -رضي الله عنه-: ألا تنكر على عثمان، قال: أنكر عليه عند الناس؟! لكن أنكر عليه بيني وبينه، ولا أفتح باب شر على الناس. ولما فتحوا الشر في زمن عثمان -رضي الله عنه- وأنكروا على عثمان جهرة، تمت الفتنة القتال والفساد الذي لا يزال الناس في آثاره إلى اليوم، حتى حصلت الفتنة بين علي ومعاوية وقتل عثمان وعلي بأسباب ذلك، وقتل جمع كثير من الصحابة وغيرهم بأسباب الإنكار العلني وذكر العيوب علناً، حتى أبغض الناس ولي أمرهم وحتى قتلوه، نسأل الله العافية). (نصيحة الأمة في جواب عشرة أسئلة مهمة).

أسأل الله ان يوفق أهل العلم لبذل النصح الموافق لهدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وسنته وأن يوفق أولي الأمر لقبول الحق وتأييده ونصرته، وأن يصلح أحوال المسلمين إنه جواد كريم.
