هل انت مع العفو على المخربين (القبة-حسين داي)؟

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
تشهد احياء القبة وحسين داي بالعاصمة غليان في الاراء بين مؤيد ومعارض للاحكام التي صدرت في حق المخربين الذين تم القبض عليهم في معركة بين انصار الفريقين
ادت الى عشرات الاصابات ومن اخطرها طعن شرطي في الظهر ادى الى شلل كلي وعشرات السيارات المخربة والمحطمة وكذلك ماحصل للشروق وزيادة عليها مهاجمة النساء في منازلهم مستغلين غياب الرجال الذين كانوا في المساجد لصلاة الجمعة

فهل انت مع العفو عنهم او تشديد العقاب عليهم علما بانه تم استعمال طرق حديثة في تحديد هواياتهم ومن بينها كميرات المراقبة حسب ما اخبرني قريب لي لانه تم اخد بعضهم من المنازل بعد تحديد هوياتهم عن طريق الفيديو

عن راي وهو مجرد راي : ارى ان تشدد اقصى العقوبات عليهم وعلى كل من عائلاتهم وكل من يتعاطف معهم لانه يتعاطف مع المجرمين لكن بشرط ان يتم التحقق من هوياتهم يعني من دون ظلم

اولا بعيدا عن القبة لكن كطرح عام ، ارى والله اعلم انه يجب ان يشدد على تطبيق القانون
خاصة في هاته المرحلة لكي لا يركبه البعض من اجل ان يقوموا بتخريب البلد يركبون
ما يسمى العفو او ما يسمى خوف الدولة ،
حدث في دائرة ما ان تعدى مواطن بالسب و الشتم و بعدها كسر الزجاج على موظف
وهذا المواطن من الاغنياء من يلمك مال الكثير ، قد ظلم الموظف شديد الظلم ، في
هذه الحالة مثل سابقتها فإن مرضى النفوس هم من ركب موجة بل الكثير ممن
لهم البسطة في المال قاموا بالتعدي على الاملاك و أراضي بحجة ان الدولة في
حالة خوف ،
لذا من باب كسر كل نفس خبيثة ، يجب ان يطبق القانون و عدم التهاون مع
كل من تسول له يده ان يعتدي على الغير سواء مؤسسات خاصة او عامة و يكون
القانون هو الفيصل مع التركيز في العدل في تنفذ الاحكام ،

اذا اردنا وضع حد لهذه التصرفات الهمجية البدائية الرعناء لا بد من تطبيق القانون بحذافره حتى يحقق الغاية الردعية التي سن من أجلها
و الا فلاداعي لسن قوانين و ترجع بلادنا طاق على من طاق
على الاهل بدل التباكي و التذلل للغير ان يربوا ابناءهم و يتحملوا تجاههم مسؤولياتهم التربوية... بما انهم عجزوا عن ذلك هناك مؤسسات اعادة التربية

فاحدثت الاشاعة هلعا كبيرا جدا لدى المسجونين و لدي الذين تعودو الدخول الى السجون مرات ..

الا ان بلعيز عوض ان يترك الاشاعة تخدمه ... نفى الخبر في الجرائد

اطلب بنقل المسجونيين الى رقان مثلما تم نقل جماعة الفيس اليها من قبل اليس هذا عدل .؟؟؟؟؟ ...

أتفق مع نوركيم في طرحه, ويجب أن نتساءل ماهو العقاب الذي سيطبق ضدهم, الحبس بات كالنزل الهاتف والرياضة والدوش والتلفاز و...
أقترح على وزير العدل حافظ الأختام, نقل المحبوسين والمساجين الذين قامو بــ العود إلى مؤسسات إعادة التربية التي تقطع شهية الدخول للحبس ولو لأسبوع, منها الصحراء ومنها بابار ومنها سركاجي و..., أو بكل بساطة إحداث مساواة بين الحبس العسكري والمدني, فالسجون العسكرية أثبتت ردعية لا مثيل لها فلو يطبق برنامجها على المدنيين ستنفجر الجريمة أو تزول.

في الواقع كنت تلك الجمعة في محيط الملعب ورأيت الأهوال، رأيت العجب العجاب. كان الأمر مريعا حقا. كانو يأتون على كل شيء، وكانوا يحملون حتى السيوف..أكثر ما أحنقني هو الكلمات البذيئة وكلام العيب الذي كانوا يطلقونه ويرفعون أصواتهم به في أحياء مكتظة بالمنازل، ودون إقامة أدنى اعتبار لحرمة المنازل والعائلات التي تسكنها.
تريدون رأيي أنا مع صرعهم بالمؤبد أو الشنق، فقط لدواعي ردعية ترهيبية، كي يكونوا عبرة لمن يعتبر.

لا يبدو ان القضية ستنتهي بالعفو لانه حسب ماسمعت من "راديوا طروطوار" الاعتقالات لازالت الى حد الان ومن المنازل بعد تحديد الهويات عن طريق كمرات المراقبة وكذلك سكان الاحياء الذين تعروضوا للاضرار هم مصرون على اخد حقوقهم لانهم تضرروا كثيرا

في الحقيقة نظرية العفو في بلدنا أتبثت فشلها.
ما لاحظته في كل مرة تعفو الجهات القضائية عن شخص ارتكب جريمة يزداد اصرار على مواصلة نفس الدرب لأنه يدرك أنه سوف لن يعاقب أو سوف تكون عقوبته مخففة أو سوف يستفيد من العفو الرئاسي ليجد نفسه من جديد حر و يعود الى اجرامه.

لو يدرك السارق أنه سوف تقطع يده و لو يدرك القاتل أنه سوف يعدم لما تجرأ أغلبهم على الاجرام.

خلاصة القول أن ضد العفو عن اصحاب السوابق.

و نصيحة للأولياء ربو أبنائكم و لا تتركوهم يصرحون و يمرحون في شارع.
