تغريم مبارك ونظيف والعادلي 90 مليون دولار لقطعهم الاتصالات خلال ثورة 25 يناير

قضت محكمة القضاء الاداري في القاهرة بتغريم الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك ورئيس حكومته السابق احمد نظيف ووزير داخليته السابق حبيب العادلي تسعين مليون دولار تعويضا عن "الاضرار المادية والاقتصادية" التي نتجت عن قرارهم قطع خدمات الانترنت والاتصالات خلال ثورة 25 يناير.
وقال مصدر قضائي ان المحكمة "امرت بتغريم" مبارك ونظيف والعادلي "540 مليون جنيه مصري (90 مليون دولار) من اموالهم الشخصية".
واوضح المصدر انهم أدينوا ب"بالاضرار بالاقتصاد بسبب قرارهم قطع خدمات الانترنت والهاتف المحمول خلال ثورة 25 يناير" التي اطاحت بالرئيس السابق في 11 فيفري الماضي اي بعد 18 يوما من اندلاعها.
وقضت المحكمة بتغريم مبارك 33,5 مليون دولار ونظيف 6,7 ملايين دولار في حين تم تغريم العادلي 50,3 مليون دولار.
ويحق للثلاثة استئناف الحكم امام المحكمة الادارية العليا.
وكانت شركات الانترنت الاربع الرئيسية في مصر قطعت خدماتها عن مشتركيها اعتبارا من يوم الجمعة 28 جانفي الماضي لمدة اسبوع.
كما قطعت شركات الهواتف المحمولة الثلاث خدماتها تماما في نفس اليوم.
وجاء قطع خدمات الانترنت والهواتف المحمولة بتعليمات من السلطات المصرية التي كانت تريد منع تصاعد التظاهرات التي تمت الدعوة اليها في البداية عبر شبكة الانترنت ورسائل الهواتف المحمولة.
وقالت شركات الهواتف المحمولة والانترنت انها ارغمت على قطع الخدمة بتعليمات من السلطات المصرية.
واثار قطع خدمات الهواتف المحمولة والانترنت انذاك انتقادات دولية واسعة.
