السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
إخواني في الله أوجه نداء إلى كل حاملي شهادة الدراسات الجامعية التطبيقية deua إلى التحرك العاجل قصد نشر معانتنا من مختلف المشاكل ، الصعوبات و العراقيل التي نواجها و لذا أطلب منكم تنظيم صفوفنا و توحيد جهودنا لإعلام العام و الخاص بدءا بمسؤولينا و ألخص مطالبنا بالآتي:

1 الإعتراف بشهادة الدراسات الجامعية التطبيقية كشهادة جامعية مع إعطائها مصداقيتها و مكانتها الحقيقية كباقي الشهادات الجامعية المعترف بها في السلم الجديد للوظيف العمومي و كل القطاعات الأخرى
2. إعادة النظر في تصنيفنا الحالي المجحف في حقنا (الصنف 10) علما بأن التصنيف القديم كان يمنحنا الصنف 14 بمعية أصحاب شهادة الليسانس
3. إعادة النظر في الشهادة المماثلة الممنوحة لنا من طرف مديرية الوظيف العمومي المتمثلة في تقني سامي و إستبدالها برتبة مهندس تطبيقي
4. منحنا حقنا المخول لنا قانونيا ألا و هو إكمال دراستنا و ذلك إدراجنا في النظام الجديد ل م دي
5. منحنا حق المشاركة في المسابقات الترقوية مثلنا كباقي الموظفين و الترقية الإجبارية بعد عشرة سنوات
و أي ملاحظة تفضلوا مشكورين بإبدائها قصد إثراء هذه المطالب، و أدعوكم إلى الإنظمام إلينا
وبالله نستعين.
