ملاديتش ينفي علاقته بمجزرة سربرنيتشا

نفى جنرال صرب البوسنة السابق راتكو ميلاديتش المتهم بارتكابه جرائم حرب في البوسنة علاقته بمجزرة سربرنيتشا التي وقعت عام 1995، وراح ضحيتها ثمانية آلاف قتيل من مسلمي البوسنة.
ومع قرب نقله إلى محكمة الجزاء الدولية الخاصة بـجرائم الحرب في يوغسلافيا السابقة في لاهاي صرح نجله داركو ملاديتش للصحفيين اليوم فيبلغراد بأن والده قال إنه "لا علاقة له بأي شيء حصل في سربرنيتشا".



وأضاف الابن -بعد زيارة والده في مركز اعتقال في محكمة جرائم الحرب في صربيا- أن والده "أنقذ العديد من النساء والأطفال والمقاتلين، وأصدر أمرا بإخلاء الجرحى والنساء والأطفال أولا ثم المقاتلين. ولا علاقة له بما يمكن أن يكون قد فعله أي شخص آخر من وراء ظهره".

ونقلت وكالة أنباء الأناضول التركية عن القاضي محمد غوني القائم بأعمال رئيس محكمة الجزاء الدولية اليوم قوله إنه من المتوقع نقل ملاديتش إلى لاهاي غدا الاثنين أو بعد غد. مضيفا أنه سيمثل أمام قاضي المحكمة فور الانتهاء من الإجراءات الطبية والإدارية والمالية بشأن انتقاله.
أما مكتب المدعي العام لمحكمة يوغسلافيا السابقة فقال إن نقل ملاديتش إلى لاهاي "سيجري في الأيام المقبلة" لكنه لم يحدد موعدا لذلك.










وأوضح القاضي التركي أن هيئة المحكمة التي سيحال إليها ملاديتش مستعدة وأنها تضم ثلاثة قضاة من ألمانيا وهولندا وجنوب أفريقيا.


وذكر أن القاضي الهولندي ألفونس أوري (63 عاما) يعمل مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية منذ عام 2001. أما الألماني كريستوف فليوجيا (63 عاما) أيضا، عضو في المحكمة منذ عام 2008، والجنوب أفريق باكوني مولوتو (66 عاما) عضو بالمحكمة منذ عام 2005.


وتولى القاضي فليوجيا المشاركة في جلسات استماع قبل المحاكمة في محاكمة الصربي السياسي السابق رادوفان كاراديتش، كما شارك في محاكمة الجنرال الكرواتي السابق إنتيغوتوفينا، الذي حكم عليه بالسجن 24 عاما في 15 أفريل الماضي.






وكانت السلطات الصربية قد تعهدت أمس السبت بإلقاء الضوء كاملا على أي مساعدة قد يكون حصل عليها ملاديتش خلال فترة فراره التي استمرت 16 عاما.
وأوقف ملاديتش الخميس الماضي في منزل أحد أقربائه في قرية لازاريفو شمالي شرقي صربيا وهو معتقل في بلغراد في انتظار نقله إلى لاهاي بعدما أعطى القضاة الصرب ضوءهم الأخضر لعملية النقل.



وكانت محكمة الجزاء الدولية وجهت إلى الزعيم العسكري السابق لصرب البوسنة عام 1995 تهمة ارتكاب إبادة بسبب دوره خلال حرب البوسنة (1992-1995) وخصوصا خلال مجازرسربرنيتشا التي ارتكبتها قوات صرب البوسنة في جويلية1995 وراح ضحيتها ثمانية آلافمن مسلمي البوسنة، وحصار سراييفو الذي وصفه الادعاء بـ"جحيم من القرون الوسطى".

وقبل الانتقال إلى السرية عاش ملاديتش خمس سنوات بين 1995 و2000 على مرأى من الجميع في صربيا وكان يرتاد المطاعم وملاعب كرة القدم في بلغراد مطمئنا إلى عدم اعتقاله.
واختفى بعد سقوط الرئيس الصربي سلوبودان ميلوسوفيتش. ويعتقد بحسب شهادات حراس شخصيين سابقين أنه أفاد من تواطؤ واسع النطاق داخل الجيش وتمت حمايته داخل ثكنات.
ويأتي اعتقاله في وقت تخضع فيه صربيا لضغوط متزايدة من بروكسل بشأن طموحاتها لنيل عضوية الاتحاد الأوروبي الأمر الذي يثير تساؤلات كثيرة حول دوافع وحقيقة موقف السلطات الصربية.










وقال مدعي عام صربيا لجرائم الحرب فلاديميرفوكسيفيتش "سنواصل ملاحقة كل من ساعد ملاديتش وفارين آخرين على الإفلات من العدالة". مضيفا أنهم "بإخفائهم ملاديتش، فقد ألحقوا ضررا هائلا بهذا البلد. إخفاء فارين من وجه محكمة لاهاي يشكل جريمة خطيرة".
