الجزائر توافق على بيع ليبيا مواد غذائية وأدوية



كشف الوزير الأول، أحمد أويحيى، عن طلب رفعه رجال أعمال ليبيون إلى الجزائر، يتعلق بشراء بضائع. وقال إن الجزائر وافقت على بيع مواد غذائية وأدوية فقط، وأنها دعت مجلس الأمن إلى مراقبة نوعية هذه المواد بالنقطة الحدودية الدبداب، عندما سيتم نقلها إلى الجهة الأخرى من الحدود ليتأكد بأنها أغذية ومواد صيدلانية وليس شيئا آخر.


صرح أويحيى، أمس، بإقامة الميثاق، بأن مقاولين من ليبيا طلبوا شراء سلع من الجزائر التي اشترطت أن تكون المبيعات أدوية وأغذية فقط. وقال بأن السلطات عرضت الأمر على هيئة مجلس الأمن المكلفة بفرض العقوبات على ليبيا، لتوافق على عملية البيع. ودعت مجلس الأمن إلى إيفاد مراقبين إلى الدبداب للتثبت من أن البضاعة التي ستورد إلى ليبيا مواد استهلاكية وليس شيئا آخر.
ورد أويحيى على منتقدي الموقف الجزائري حيال الأزمة في ليبيا، فقال: ''لا يوجد غموض في موقف الجزائر، فهو مبني على مبادئ وبيننا وبين الشعب الليبي ماض طويل وأخوة عريقة، إذ حصلنا على دعم الأشقاء خلال مقاومة الاستعمار الفرنسي وقدمنا لهم من جهتنا الدعم أثناء المقاومة بقيادة عمر المختار.. إننا نريد لليبيا مستقبلا ديمقراطيا، قائما على إشاعة العدالة ونريد لهم التنمية''.
ولمح أويحيى، في موضوع الأزمة الليبية، إلى احتمال وجود صلة بين التداول المكثف للسلاح في المدن التي تشهد معارك بين المعارضة وكتائب القذافي، وبين العمليات الإرهابية التي وقعت في أفريل وماي في مناطق شرق الجزائر خاصة في بومرداس وجيجل، والتي خلفت، حسب الوزير الأول، 40 ضحية. وقال أويحيى: ''إنني أتساءل إن كان لسقوط هؤلاء الشهداء علاقة بخزان الأسلحة الليبي الذي أصبح في مهب الريح''. ويوحي حديث أويحيى بأن شحنات من السلاح الليبي وصلت إلى أيدي عناصر الجماعات المسلحة بمناطق الشمال. مشيرا إلى أن الجزائر تتبنى الحل الذي يقترحه الاتحاد الإفريقي، القائم على وقف إطلاق النار كمقدمة لبدء مفاوضات بين الطرفين.
وسئل الوزير الأول عن تطورات التنسيق الأمني والعسكري بين الجزائر ودول الساحل الثلاث موريتانيا ومالي والنيجر، فقال إن العمل متواصل ضد الإرهاب بالمنطقة في جنوب الصحراء. مشيرا إلى ''وجود أشياء لا يمكن البوح بها تتعلق بالعمل العسكري ضد الإرهاب''. وأوضح بأن البلدان الثلاثة كلفت الجزائر بإجراء تنسيق أمني مع أوروبا، نيابة عنها، في مجال محاربة الإرهاب.
وأثار الوزير الأول، في ردوده على الأسئلة، ظاهرة التهريب عبر الحدود. ووصف مهربي البنزين والنفايات الحديدية بـ''مجرمي الاقتصاد الوطني''. وأضاف متحدثا عنهم: ''هؤلاء يهربون نعمة الجزائريين، والإمكانيات المتوفرة للدرك وحرس الحدود والجمارك تم تعزيزها بما يتيح لها مواجهة التهريب''.
