سي أويحي..حكومتك لم تقدم غير الفشل...ارحل!

لم يعد سماع تصريحات رسمية متعلقة بالفشل الحكومي في تسيير شؤون الدولة جديدا على الرأي العام الجزائري، فالرئيس بوتفليقة اعترف قبل اليوم بفشل تطبيق برنامجه الرئاسي الذي قال أنه سعى إلى تبوء منصب الرئيس من أجله.

وها هو اليوم أحمد أويحيى، رئيس الوزراء المعمر في حكم الحكومة، يعترف بأن المناخ الاستثماري في الجزائري كان فاشلا وغير مشجع على التقدم الاقتصادي للبلد وللاستثمار فيه...وهذا ما قد يعتبره البعض بالخطأ شجاعة، بينما هو في الواقع ليس كذلك على الاطلاق، بل إمعان في الضحك على الجزائريين والاستهانة بهم وإهانتهم، إذ أنه ليس للفاشلين المعمرين في الحكم والمبدعين في الفشل شيء من الممكن أن يبرروا به فشلهم في تسيير شؤون الجزائريين بالنظر إلى الفرصة والمدة الزمنية الطويلة التي جلسوا فيها على الكراسي دون أن يعملوا شيئا لحل مشاكل البلاد والعباد المتراكمة. إنهم بذلك ليس فقط يكونون قد أثبتوا فشلهم وعدم كفاءتهم وصلاحيتهم وأهليتهم للحكم والتسيير بل إنما أيضا يكونون قد كرسوا أنفسهم سببا ومساهما جسيما في تعميق مشاكل وإحباط الجزائريين وحالة الفشل المزمنة التي تعاني منها دولتهم على كل الأصعدة......

إن الاعتراف الحقيقي بالفشل لا المخادع يتطلب شجاعة أكبر أثبت الزمن أنها لا تتفر للأسف لدى المسؤوليين الجزائريين، وتلك الشجاعة تتلخص في شيء واحد هو الاستقال والرحيل....فهلا فهمتم الرسالة يا أسياد الحكم، اغربوا عنا ارحلوا. نحن لا نريدكم......يا سيدي فاهموها، قبل فوات الأوان، ولكم في ثورات شعوي العرب ألف عبرة!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
