كعكة الشوكولا بالكريمة و الفراولة

كيفية تحضير كعكة الشوكولا

المقادير:

-4بيضات ( نفصل البياض عن الصفار)
-قرصة ملح
-150غ سكر مسحوق
-12سل زيت
-70غ كاكاو
-2خميرة كيميائية
-250غ فرينة
-12سل حليب
-كريمة الشونتيي

للتزيين :
-كأس كبير من عصير برتقالة
-شعيرية الشوكولا ( فارميسال)


طريقة التحضير :

1-في إناء يخفق بياض البيض مع السكر مع قرصة الملح إلى أن يتكاتف و يصبح اللون أبيض ناصع
2-, يضاف صفار البيض و الزيت بالاضافة الى الكاكاو تدريجيا إلى الخليط
تم تضاف خميرة الحلوى مع الفرينة
3-يضاف الحليب مع التحريك حتى يتجانس الخليط و يصبح الخليط شبه سائل.
4-يٌحضّر قالب الحلوى بدهنه بقليل من الزبدة و رشه بقليل من الفرينة
5-يُفرغ الخليط و يطهى في درجة حرارة 180درجة لمده حوالي 45دقيقة
6-تخرج الكعكة من الفرن و تترك تبرد جانبا
7-تُقسمْ إلى قطعتين افقيا و تسقى القطعة الأولى بعصير البرتقال و بعدها تغطى بطبقة من كريمة الشونتيلي و تغطى أخيرا بقطع الفراولة.
8-نغطّي بالقطعة التانية و نسقي ببقية العصير و تزيّن بالشوكولا السائلة و الكريمة و شعرية الشوكولا حسب الذوق
9-تترك الكعكة في الثلاجة لبعض الوقت و تقدم باردة و شهية طيبة.
