الإعلان عن انشقاق الضباط الثمانية في مؤتمر صحفي بروما

أعلن في روما ثمانية من ضباط الجيش الليبي بينهم خمسة برتبة لواء في مؤتمر صحفي نظمته الحكومة الإيطالية انشقاقهم عن قوات القذافي بعد كشفهم عن هروبهم ضمن مجموعة تضم قرابة 120 من الضباط والجنود.
ونقلت رويترز عن ضابط من المجموعة قدم نفسه باسم اللواء عون علي عون قوله في تصريحات صحفية إن ما يحدث للشعب الليبي أفزعهم متحدثا عن وقوع كثير من أعمال القتل والإبادة والعنف ضد النساء.
وقال –حسب نفس المصدر- إنه "ما من شخص عاقل يتمتع بأقل قدر من الفطنة والكرامة يمكنه أن يفعل ما رأوه يحدث بأعينهم وما طلب منهم القيام به".
وأشار الضباط المنشقون إلى أنهم فروا من ليبيا عبر حدودها الغربية إلى تونس من خلال معابر تسيطر عليها المعارضة.
ويأتي هروب هؤلاء الضباط بعد شهرين من انشقاق وزير الخارجية ومدير المخابرات السابق موسى كوسا واستقالة الدبلوماسي علي عبد السلام التريكي.
