مثال شعرت بان اذنك تؤلمك تركتها ولم تستجب لها
استفحل المرض وبدات تؤلمك الما مبرحا وزادت الدوخة
ولم تستطيع الحراك من السرير لانك لم تنصت اليها من البداية
مثال اخر الم بالكلية بسيط بدات الالام المبرحة وادى الى الفشل
وبعد ذلك الى الغسيل ومن ثم الى عمل عملية لتغير الكلى
وما وراءه من منغصات اسال الله الشفاء للجميع
وهكذا الرسائل السلبية اذا سمعنا لها ورددناها قبل النوم واشغلنا العقل اللاواعى
سنتبرمج على هذه السليات الى ان تجعلنا منهارين
وفاقدى الاحساس بالامان والتوازن ومن ثم الى باب الاخصائيين النفسيين
لو لم تنتبه لها فاينما كنت مختبئا منها فى حياتك الصاخبة لاهى عنها مؤقتا ..
قافلا الباب عنها فسوف تصلك لامحالة باى طريقة من الطرق ...
اما من النافذة او من السطح او من فتحات التهوية ...
فتجاهلك لها وكبتها وقمعها وعدم الانصات لها
يجعلها تعاودك الظهور فى شكل سلبي آخراخطر وقعا على الجسد والنفس ....
كالاكتئاب ...وامراض السرطان
(العلماء اكتشفوا بان السرطان اسبابها نفسية )
وادمان بعض السلوكيات الخاطئة للترويح عن النفس قد تكون مخالفة للشرع
ولكن شيء بداخله يدفعه بطريقة تلقائية للتنفيس عن هذا الضغط الذى يكاد ان ينفجر
فكلما زادت سرعتك للاستجابة فى التنفيس بطريقة صحيحة وطلب المعونة من الله بصدق
قلت المخاطر الجسدية والنفسية .

احيانا الحالة النفسية لها تاثير كبير لمختلف الامراض اللتي نعاني منها
لذا فمراعاة هذا الجانب النفسي قدر الامكان لتسود الطمانينة والسكينة على الجسد ولن يكون ذلك الابتقوى الله ورضا منه..
وليس كما يفعل الاخرين بتجاهل الامر باللجوء الى العادات السيءة..

بالرغم من أن الكثير من الدراسات العلمية و البحوث حول ما يسمى بالبرمجة العصبية ثبت أنها نافعة و مفيدة، و لكن مع ذلك أفضل عدم المبالغة فيها، لأنني أشعر و أنا أقرأ أو أستمع إلى بعض مروجيها و كأن الإنسان أصبح مجرد آلة أو روبوت يمكنه أن يستمع إلى نصائح هذا المبرمج و من ثم سيحصل على كل ما يتمناه ! و طبعا العملية تجارية بحتة
