رئيس جنوب إفريقيا منهياً وساطته: القذافي ليس مستعداً لمغادرة ليبيا

انتهت زيارة الوساطة التي قام بها رئيس جنوب إفريقيا جاكوب زوما إلى طرابلس بالتأكيد على أن الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي "غير مستعد لمغادرة بلاده".

وقالت رئاسة جنوب إفريقيا في بيان أصدرته غداة الزيارة إنه "خلال لقاء بين الرجلين "شدد (القذافي) على أنه غير مستعد لمغادرة بلاده رغم الصعوبات".

ونقل زوما عن القذافي قوله: "لابد من وقف غير مشروط لإطلاق النار بما في ذلك غارات حلف الأطلسي، كما يجب إعطاء الليبيين الفرصة لحل مشاكلهم"، وأبدى بعد ذلك استعداده لتنفيذ خريطة الطريق التي رسمها الاتحاد الإفريقي.

وتضمنت المبادرة الإفريقية أربعة بنود أساسية هي: الوقف الفوري لكافة أشكال العنف، وتعاون السلطات الليبية لتيسير نقل المساعدات الإنسانية، وحماية الرعايا الأجانب في ليبيا، وبدء محادثات تشارك فيها كافة الأطياف الليبية المختلفة، بما في ذلك المعارضة، بهدف إنشاء "فترة انتقالية شاملة" لاعتماد وتنفيذ "الإصلاحات السياسية الضرورية للقضاء على الأسباب التي أدت إلى الأزمة الراهنة".
