المقادير :
- 1علبة ذرة**
- 1علبة فطر مقطع**
- 1حبة بندورة كبيرة**
- 2حبة خيار كبيرة**
- حبة فلفل ( احمر و أخضر وأصفر حلو ) **
- حبة ملفوف احمر من الحجم الصغير جداً **
- عصير ليمونتان تقريباً **
- ملح - سماق - خـل ابيـض ( حسب الذوق )**


طريقة التحضير
الطريقة :
- قطعي جميع المقادير السابقة إلى قطع صغيرة بحجم الذرة أو الفطر المقطع **
- اخلطيها جيداً , ثم تبلي بعصير الليمون و الملح والسماق والخل وتقدم **

المقادير:

نصف كيلوجرام بازلاء - نصف كيلوجرام بطاطا مسلوقة - فجل أحمر - زيتون أخضر - كرفس - ملح - مايونيز أو صلصة سلطة


طريقة التحضير:

تسلق الخضروات على البخار سلقا جيدا وتتبل وتترك حتى تبرد تماما، فيما عدا الفجل الأحمر لا يسلق، يقطع حلقات ويقلب مع الخضروات التي بدورها تمزج في المايونيز أو صلصة

المقادير :

1 بصلة صغيرة.
8 حبات زيتون أخضر.
2 حبتا فجل.
60 غرام جبنة فيتا.
1 حبة بندورة كبيرة.
2 ملعقتا طعام زيت زيتون.
1 حبة خيار كبيرة.
1 ملعقة طعام خل أحمر.
رأس خسة إفرنجية.
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة أوراق صعتر مجففة.
ملح وفلفل أسود مطحون حسب الذوق.


طريقة التحضير

الطريقة :

-اغسلي أوراق الخس واتركيها لتصفى ثم قطعيها إلى قطع صغيرة وانثريها في طبق التقديم.
ـ قطعي إلى دوائر رقيقة الخيار والفجل والبصل وانثريها فوق الخس.
ـ ثم قطعي البندورة إلى قطع صغيرة وانثريها فوق الطبق ثم قطعي الجبنة إلى مكعبات وانثريها فوق السلطة.
ـ في مرطبان ضعي الخل والصعتر والملح والفلفل وأحكمي إغلاقه ثم هزيه حتى تختلط المقادير ثم صبي الخليط فوق السلطة قبل التقديم

المقادير

المقادير:
200غ من الدرة المصبرة
200غ من الأرز الطويل
100غمن الجبن المفروم
علبة تونة مصبرة
2 حبات طماطم
2 بيضات
2 معالق مايونيز
ملعقة كبيرة زيت
قبسة ملح
قبسة فلفل أسود


طريقة التحضير

الطريقة:
يسلق الأرز و يصفى
يخلط الأرز مع الجبن و الدرة
يضاف الزيت و الملح و الفلفل و المايونيز
يفرم البيض المسلوق و يوضع فوق الخليط
يقدم الطبق باردا

المقادير:


4 حبات بطاطس
2 ملعقة كبيرة شبت مفروم ناعم
2 عود متوسط بصل الاخضر بس الجزء الاخضر

الصلصة الفرنسية:
1 حبة صغيرة بصل مفروم ناعم
ربع كوب خل ابيض
3 ملاعق كبيرة عصير ليمون
ربع كوب زيت زيتون
نص كوب زيت ذرة
2 ملاعق معجون المستردة
1 ملعقة صغيرة سكر
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
رشة فلفل اسود مطحون


طريقة التحضير:


نحط البصل والخل وعصير الليمون وننقعه لمدة نص ساعة وبعدها نصفيه ونتخلص من البصل
نضيف الماستر للخليط ونقلب وبعدها نضيف الملح والسكر والفلفل نحفظ الصلصة ببرطمان لمدة يومين بالثلاجة
نسلق البطاطا ونقشرها ونقطعها ونزينها بالشبت (الشمر) والبصل الاخضر ونوزع فوقها الصلصة وتقدم باردة او ساخنة ..............والصلصة تستخدم لعدة انواع من السلطات

1 علبة فاصوليا حمراْ
1 علبة حمص
ربع رأس ملفوف
ربع رأس خس
مقادير الصلصة
ملعقة كبيرة مايونيز
2 ملعقة كبيرة لبن زبادي
ملعقة كبيرة كاتشب
ثوم
ملح
عصير ليمون


طريقة التحضير

تغسل الخضروات ثم تقطع وتوضع في وعاء كبير وتخلط معا .
تخلط مقادير الصلصة معا ثم توضع علي السلطة وتخلط جميعا ثم توضع في طبق التقديم ويمكن وضع الخبز المحمص حسب الرغبة
