محاكمة مبارك ونجليه تبدأ في 3 أوت بشرم الشيخ

حددت محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة الثالث من أوت المقبل موعداً لبدء محاكمة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال، بعد أن وجهت لهم النيابة تهما بالتحريض على قتل المتظاهرين وبالفساد المالي، بحسب مصدر قضائي.

وسيترأس المحكمة القاضي أحمد رفعت.

وسيحاكم غيابيا في نفس القضية رجل الأعمال الهارب حسين سالم الذي يعد من أقرب المقربين إلى أسرة مبارك.

ونقلت صحيفة "الاهرام" المصرية عن مصدر قضائي مسؤول، الأربعاء 1-6-2011، إن "محاكمة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك سوف تتم وقائعها بمدينة شرم الشيخ وليس بالقاهرة".

وبرر ذلك بالقول إن "كافة التقارير الأمنية انتهت إلى صعوبة إجرائها داخل العاصمة بسبب المخاوف من ثورة غضب بين المواطنين في حالة قدومه إلى القاهرة خاصة أن مشاعر الكراهية ضد مبارك تزداد يوما بعد يوم".

ووفقا للقانون المصري، يحق للمحكمة أن تحدد مكان انعقادها خصوصا إذا كان ذلك لأسباب أمنية.

وسيواجه الرئيس السابق تهمة القتل العمد والشروع في القتل للثوار، واستغلال النفوذ والإضرار المادي للمال العام والتربح، والاشتراك مع حسين سالم، في الحصول على عمولات من صفقة تصدير الغاز لإسرائيل. فيما يواجه ابناه تهم التربح والاستيلاء على المال العام عن طريق استغلال منصب والدهما.
