هل حقا عبد القادر بن صالح مغربي ؟؟؟

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله

رئيس مجلس الأمة السيد عبد القادر بن صالح مغربي تم تجنيسه بالجنسية الجزائرية في سبتمبر 1965 عن عمر 24 سنة، بعدها بقليل -شهر- يرسل كدبلوماسي في سفارة الدولة الجزائرية في مصر.

عبد القادر بن صالح مولود رسميا بفلاوسن ولاية تلمسان -يسهل تكهن مكان مولد المسؤولين منذ عقد على الأقل ;)- من والدين مغربيين، عمل بالقنصلية المغربية في وهران و قدم خدمات "جليلة" للجزائر -غير معروفة-.

انتخب كنائب بولاية وهران سنة 2002 و بعد حوالي 20 يوم يستقيل ليتم تعيينه في الثلث الرئاسي لمجلس الأمة، و بوفاة محمد الشريف مساعدية يخلفه بن صالح رئيس مجلس الأمة الذي يخلف رئيس الجمهورية دستوريا في حالة الشغور المفاجئ لمدة 60 يوم.

30 ماي 2002 يُنتخب نائب بوهران 02 جويلية 2002 رئيس مجلس الأمة.

إقتباس عن محمد سيفاوي في كتابه الجديد Bouteflika, ses parrains et ses larbins "بوتفليقة، العرابين و الأتباع".

ملاحظة : رغم التحفظ الكبير على شخص سيفاوي لكن وجدت أن أنقل ما دونه.
لأن حقوقيين دستوريين وقفوا على هذه المعلومات و فصلوا أنه يستحيل أن يتولى بن صالح الرئاسة بالنيابة و لو لساعة واحدة في حالة الشغور المفاجئ لوضيفة رئاسة الجمهورية.

إذن : بن بلة قالها صراحة أنه مغربي، بوتفليقة مولود بوجدة المغربية، عبد القادر بن صالح و لا السلطات كذبوا ادعاء سيفاوي المنشور منذ 01 ماي 2011 و تناقلته الشبكة العنكبوتية.

ربما يجب التفكير جديا في المقال القديم : "المغاربة يحكموننا" بما أن المغاربة ينعتون شخصيات المقالة بخونة المملكة.
كما يجب التفكير الجدي أيضا في فتح الحدود على مصراعيها و إلغاء جواز السفر و التعاون بامتياز كما هو الحال بين أمريكا و كندا.
