اشتبكت كلاميا كعادتي مع أحد زملائي من التيار الوهابي و ككل مرة كان موضوع الإشتباك هو ضرورة تغيير النظام السياسي في الجزائر و الإنتقال الى جزائر حرة و ديمقراطية لكن زميلي الوهابي يصر كعادته على تحريم الخروج عن ولي الامر كما يسميه و يقصد به الرئيس بوتفليقة و هذه المرة قلت له أن ما يسميه ولي أمره ليس الرئيس بوتفليقة كما يعتقد بل هو الجنرال توفيق القابض على السلطة الفعلية في الجزائر بيد من حديد منذ اعلائه منصب رئاسة المخابرات مطلع تسعينيات القرن الماضي .

فمن هو الجنرال توفيق :

هو مدين محمد و يقال محمد الأمين المدعو «توفيق»، يعتبر أقوى رجل في الجزائر ولد في برج بوعريريج على الأرجح سنة 1937 أو 1938 ، و على عكس كل المسؤولين الجزائرين الذين هم في مثل سنه لم أجد أية معلومة تشير أنه شارك في الثورة التحريرية ،
رجل غامض جدا و على ما يبدو فهو لا يحب التصوير إذ لم أجد له إلا هاتين الصورتين :

يحمل حاليا رتبة فريق و هي أعلى رتبة في الجيش الجزائري و ينسب إليه و الى جهاز المخابرات الذي يتولى رئاسته التحكم في كل صغيرة و كبيرة حدثت في الجزائر خلال الـ 20 سنة الماضية :
* وقف المسار الإنتخابي سنة 92
* اقالة الرئيس بن جديد
* المجيئ بالرئيس بوضياف
* مكافحة الجماعات الإرهابية و اختراقها
* الإتيان بالرئيس زروال الى الحكم
* اقالة الرئيس زروال و المجيئ بالرئيس بوتفليقة
* التلاعب بكل الإنتخابات بعد انتخابات 26 ديسمبر 1991 التي فاز بها الفيس المنحل .
* إصعاف و تفتيت كل الإحزاب السياسية الفاعلة و المنظمات و النقابات بإحداث انشقاقات داخلية.
