أعلن الكاتب الفرنسي البارز برنار هنري ليفي أنه نقل رسالة من المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا إلى رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو مفادها أن المعارضة ستسعى لإقامة علاقات دبلوماسية مع إسرائيل في حال وصولها للسلطة.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية عن هنري ليفي قوله "خلال لقاء دام ساعة ونصف مع رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي أبلغته رسالة شفوية من المجلس مفادها أن النظام الليبي القادم سيكون معتدلا ومناهضا للإرهاب، ويهتم بالعدالة للفلسطينين وأمن اسرائيل".
وأوضح الكاتب والفيلسوف الذي زار مدينة مصراته المحاصرة شرق طرابلس أن

الرسالة تقول إن " النظام الليبي المقبل سيقيم علاقات عادية مع بقية الدول الديمقراطية بما فيها إسرائيل".
وقال هنري ليفي إن " نتنياهو لم يبدو لي انه استغرب فحوى الرسالة".
ولم يصدر أي تأكيد من مكتب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي كما قال هنري ليفي إلا أن متحدثا باسم نتنياهو أكد أن "رئيس الوزراء يحبذ التحدث إلى المثقفين" دون المزيد من التفاصيل.
وزار هنري ليفي وهو من أشد المؤيدين للمعارضة ضد نظام القذافي مرارا ليبيا منذ اندلاع الانتفاضة في 15 فبراير/ شباط.
ولعب ليفي دورا كبيرا في هذا الملف داعيا فرنسا إلى دعم وتأكيد المنتفضين على القذافي وكانت فرنسا اول دولة تعترف رسميا بالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي وأول الداعين إلى التدخل العسكري الدولي في ليبيا.
